I stopped and got 6 taco supreme’s and they almost $3 apiece. There was maybe a pencil thick layer of meat all the tomatoes from 6 put together would not have made a half slice (2or3) pieces per taco and all the cheese put together would not of made a 1/2 teaspoon and 3 did not have sour cream plus 2 where crumbled

I used the kiosk to order my food since most of it is special order. My chicken tacos were dry, and there was hair in one of them, there wasn't rice on my burritos, hardly any meat either. There was barely any cheese on the potatoes. My husband threw his out because it was wrong. This is just one of the many times my order was wrong.

The Stanford Taco Bell is the best one I have ever visited. Friendly staff and the food is always right. Drive thru takes priority over dine-in guests, so if you dine in, you will wait longer than expected for your order.

I usually come taco bell when I get the late night munchies, well this time they messed up big time, the WHITE dude at the window seemed high as a kite, may I add I place an online order so there wouldn't be ANY confusion of my order, but yet again they messed up everything, my 6 year old daughter was looking forward to a dorito taco and she got a soft taco so she literally cried the whole way home. She was so upset that i was distracted and didnt notice the buff AF deer in the road playing chicken with me. Now both me and my daughter are in the hospital and my daughter is on life support and i dont know if she is going to make it. Plus the baja blast didnt have a lid. I tried to fix the order and they said sorry about your luck and to top it all off YOU can't order a water on the online app, how stupid is that, so taco bell get your crap fixed

Used to be the best Taco Bell in the surrounding counties but here lately, they are absolutely terrible. Went to get a drink and some nachos fries before work and it took them 20 minutes to even get me a cup for a drink. I just walked out. I won’t be back. I’ll take my chances in Danville.
The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I ordered the same thing I order every couple of days at another store. Pintos and cheese with extra red sauce. But at this store they apparently don't know how to make beans. Do they not realize that refried beans aren't supposed to be so dry that they are actually crunchy at the edges? The guy ahead of me had been waiting for over 30 minutes for their food and the guy who served it was so rude and he actually rolled his eyes at another customer. Abysmal. I wish I could post pictures of this awful excuse for food.

It’s truly baffling. I can’t comprehend the incompetence at this location. It’s out of this world. You won’t get what you ordered, and it seems the employees don’t even understand their menu. They are often out of key ingredients. Today they were out of beef. I need to stop hoping this place will get better. I’m sure it has to do with management. On the brighter side it’s in a nice location very bright with lots of windows…wish they would keep in clean though. Disappointment.

I went to Taco Belle in Stanford KY last night, ordered my food,paid for food,got my bag,and was back on the highway within ten minutes. The tacos were awesome,coming from a 41 year bakery veteran 😁.them cinnabons where freaking slamming.
