I was a passenger in the vehicle as my father in law went thru the drive thru . I believe he got a frosty and another person got a strawberry something .The frosty he liked the strawberry was not so good they said.

Came in after lunch, around 2ish. Was happily greeted and was given my cup and receipt. The lady who took my order made sure I got the right baconator. Single double triple. Who knew you could get triple? Anyway, filled my cup with Minute Maid Pink Lemonade and it tasted so good. Didn't wait long at all for my food and the team was very accommodating. My food was hot and fresh. Perfectly done! I wish every place was as clean and nice as this location. Good job guys. Thanks for the good food.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich no lettus no tomato and add cheese, pull forward at the drive-thru wait 15m drive home and I have a regular chicken sandwich with lettus, tomato and no cheese on it very disappointed in the service

Rudest fast food experience ever. Manager I assume, blonde and dolled up glared at me while she handed me the food. Drive through boy, bigger with a sleeveless hoodie didn’t even bother to acknowledge me and sat in the corner on his phone till he decided too. Idc if someone else made you guys mad, I definitely didn’t cause it. Staff clearly needs some rearranging (firing). Ridiculous

I will have to take Wendy's off my list of a acceptable restaurants. The food was marginal at best. The chicken nuggets were scorched. The service was understaffed but tried their best. The cook was very sloppily dressed with no hair nets for his beard or hair. It made me wonder about overall cleanliness. The atmosphere i can describe as depressing. It appeared clean but drab. Not at all inviting.

Again I went through the drive-thru at 11:05 at the Wendy's in Stanford Kentucky they informed me that they do not have cheese to put on the hamburgers no American cheese in a hamburger restaurant that that's based on hamburger cheeseburgers how does that work they should close the doors on that place it's a joke management is not even existent

Went here yesterday about 6:00 pm ordered the baconater. It was the worst one I've ever had. There was only two small pieces of bacon on the top and three on the bottom. I'm talking inch and a half long. Drive thru guy could barely be heard and had no sense of customer service. I had to ask for straws and they forgot one order of fries with the two combos I ordered.
