I pass this place nightly, they always turn their lights off way before closing and just now at 11:44 the place is closed and vacant. Why say you are open on all your platforms?!

Service is horrible came in at 9:50 and manger kicked us out said the lobby was closed fyi lobby closes at ten never been to a restaurant that ask you to leave before there lobby closes.

Rudest fast food experience ever. Manager I assume, blonde and dolled up glared at me while she handed me the food. Drive through boy, bigger with a sleeveless hoodie didn’t even bother to acknowledge me and sat in the corner on his phone till he decided too. Idc if someone else made you guys mad, I definitely didn’t cause it. Staff clearly needs some rearranging (firing). Ridiculous

I will have to take Wendy's off my list of a acceptable restaurants. The food was marginal at best. The chicken nuggets were scorched. The service was understaffed but tried their best. The cook was very sloppily dressed with no hair nets for his beard or hair. It made me wonder about overall cleanliness. The atmosphere i can describe as depressing. It appeared clean but drab. Not at all inviting.

Again I went through the drive-thru at 11:05 at the Wendy's in Stanford Kentucky they informed me that they do not have cheese to put on the hamburgers no American cheese in a hamburger restaurant that that's based on hamburger cheeseburgers how does that work they should close the doors on that place it's a joke management is not even existent

Went here yesterday about 6:00 pm ordered the baconater. It was the worst one I've ever had. There was only two small pieces of bacon on the top and three on the bottom. I'm talking inch and a half long. Drive thru guy could barely be heard and had no sense of customer service. I had to ask for straws and they forgot one order of fries with the two combos I ordered.

I placed a mobile order a week and a half ago January 18th at 6:33 pm. We went in to eat, told them we had a mobile order, they payed it out and proceeded to make our order. Me and my boyfriend were watching them make our food, this lady was making our food BARE handed, no gloves nothing, she proceeded to touch things, she even pulled her pants up and kept touch our food! Disgusting! Touching BARE handed our meat, cheese, bun, pickles, EVERYTHING! We told them to cancel our order they said they wouldn’t do it in the store I went online and requested my money back and still have yet to receive anything back! This is gross. I just want my money back for FOOD I DIDNT RECEIVE. YOU CAN WATCH THE CAMERAS WE WALKED OUT WITH NO FOOD! We went somewhere else.

Paid $40 for 4 breakfast baconator’s and cinnamon pull aparts and they were all overcooked and hard to eat. So basically wasted $40 for food I couldn’t even eat and enjoy extremely disappointed.
