Was passing by and stopped to eat, cashier was friendly food and cleanliness horrible. I went to get catchup from the self serve pump and couldn’t get near it, there were so many flies around it. The new wrap was just lettuce with microwave chicken wrapped in flatbread. Should be $0.99 and not $10. Disgusting and tasteless and place was so dirty. I don’t think ill ever stop here again

So I was picking up a doordash order and went to the restroom before I picked up the order. My original plan was to deliver the order and come back to get myself some breakfast but I saw no hand soap in the bathroom and this sign... This is nasty!

Horrible. Just ordered a junior bacon cheese burger. And they gave me just a patty. No bacon. No cheese.I tried calling, granted I was upset, and the lady said she ain't gonna help me. I guess next time I'll take my money else where.

As a regular here for the last four months, I continue to be impressed with the staff's desire to deliver great customer service. They have always been polite and smiling. Very positive atmosphere. Just today, I ordered some fries but they needed time to cook. I sat down anticipating that I would come back for them. Right when I was chomping on my burger, I looked up and a worker had a tray with fries on it and handed it to me. Thislevel of customer service I expect at a sit down restaurant (which some sorely lack in, honestly). Not for a fast food chain. This is one of many reasons I love coming here.

Ordered a #1 double but for someone with a severe gluten allergy and told the person that clearly. But when we got up the road we discovered we were given a regular combo with a bun. Please train your employees on what a gluten allergy is. ?

I am tired when I get off work and I stop at Wendy's. I pay for 3 PCs of Xtra bacon and add tomato (no egg / no cheese) on a biscuit.I order 2 ; 1 for me and 1 for my husband. I am not a happy customer when I get home and no Xtra bacon. The bacon is burnt and crumbles. The edges of the biscuits are hard and by no means should be sold. I am looking for another establishment topurchade our breakfast.I will not be back.
