Every time I come here on night shift. The service is terrible. The blonde girl in the drive thru gives the worst customer service. Tonight I tried ordering an orange shake online. They did not have that shake. Machine broken. It would’ve been nice if it got taken off online. The girl offered another fountain beverage for the 4.00 shake which is more expensive, refused to pay the difference and gave me two large cups instead. Well, at this point I’m just hungry and trying to get out of there and go home to eat. Well, six employees standing around, smoking cigarettes outside, rude service. There was no ice and the coke was out. I’m a general manager of a restaurant myself in Lexington. When I say I will never eat here again, I mean that. I walked out without drinks. I’m disgusted of this establishment and how they treat the customers. Last time they got upset cause I spent $80.00. Well don’t you want to hit your sales record and make money ? I guess not.

Typical Arby's, but part of the dining area be converted to an antique/junk store was different!
I honestly don't have words but I'll try.Let's face it, Arby's is good food but you know it's not going to be a cheap meal experience. I ate here today with two family members. I spent close to $50 on lunch only to watch a back line employee completely disrupting the work of every employee in the place. She was loud, spoke rudely to all of the other employees, very sloppily assembled several sandwiches, slapped sandwiches down on the build station, and even tossed sandwiches across the build station toward her coworker assembling my order. All of the employees seemed to have extremely low moral. I asked if her actions were comon, the employee said , "yes, all of the time and there's nothing I can say". I responded and said, well, I can say something. Get me a manager." He did. Unfortunately the extremely rude and sloppy back line employee was a manager. Didn't get her name but quite certain other employees will remember me calling her out as they all got a kick out of her getting an ear full as to her conduct. So, much for a nice visit to my hometown after about 10 years.
