“Please thank "Rebecca" for me! I was wandering around the store looking for coconut water and exhausted due to a health condition. Apparently, she noticed my struggle, asked me if I needed help and she helped me with such kindness ! Then I get up to register and Rebecca was right there asking if I was ok. I told her I forgot the bread but already in line. She then asked me what kind and I said any white bread loaf will do. She brought two to choose from. I was so relieved and crying as she helped me on a very difficult day I was having. Here on vacation and never been inside this Krogers. Thank you Rebecca for your help and your amazing customer service. You are one very special person and I can't thank you enough for the help you've extended to me. I will never forget. You are amazing!!!“
