Went to the Kroger in Winchester, Ky needing white iced cupcakes for an event. I didn't see any plain so stood there waiting for the bakery person and when she wouldn't look at me I had to say excuse me ma'am. I ask her if they had any more cupcakes plain white iced in the back she just shook her head now I explained what I needed and ask if she had any suggestions and she is shook her head no again never giving me an actual answer we're offering to help

Great people and service and product but on food stamp day you need to have more than two lanes open it gets backed up all the way back to the back of the store

Please thank "Rebecca" for me! I was wandering around the store looking for coconut water and exhausted due to a health condition. Apparently, she noticed my struggle, asked me if I needed help and she helped me with such kindness ! Then I get up to register and Rebecca was right there asking if I was ok. I told her I forgot the bread but already in line. She then asked me what kind and I said any white bread loaf will do. She brought two to choose from. I was so relieved and crying as she helped me on a very difficult day I was having. Here on vacation and never been inside this Krogers. Thank you Rebecca for your help and your amazing customer service. You are one very special person and I can't thank you enough for the help you've extended to me. I will never forget. You are amazing!!!

I just wanted to say thank you to the family at Stanton Kroger for everything they did for my father Jerry Barker. I can't put into words or thank everyone enough for the love and support they gave him in life and after his passing. You all showed up in a difficult time and showed us how much he was loved. I wish I could tell everyone in our little area how wonderful the people are at this store, but if they shop there they already know. We greatly appreciated the flowers, food, sentiments and everyone just showing up to see him one last time. You all are changing the world with your kind hearts one person at a time everyday, maybe every hour. We love you all! The Allen and Barker family.

The employees are always wonderful, kind, and helpful but we come down from Cincinnati and are concerned at how much higher prices on fresh produce! Not only are the prices higher but the quality is lesser. Why are the prices much higher here in this area & population? We love Kroger & feel badly for many of the local people here.

I use to work here about 8 years ago and I still come here to shop when I am visiting my family. All the employees and managers are very friendly and eager to assist if needed. For a small town grocer, you probably couldn't get much better. I even forgot $20 in the self checkout and they made it right with a gift card for Krogers. That was clearly my fault, but they really helped me out.

I moved to Clay City from the city. A lot of things are different, but this Kroger is surprisingly well supplied and similar to larger stores. There are occasionally items that I can't find, though I'm sure if I asked they would try to get them. The staff have always been helpful. There is always someone around to answer my questions, and everyone seems to be in a good mood. Sometimes the supply of things like fish is hard to predict. I will sometimes plan to make salmon and then they don't have any, for example. I understand, it's a small store in a small town. I am trying to learn the patterns. But I can usually buy a week's worth of food for 2 people for around 35 dollars. They have great deals.

Since they refuse to fix the AC, I'm forced to shop elsewhere. If you like shopping in a sauna, and aren't worried about food freshness from the heat, knock yourself out! Until the AC is fixed, I'm forced to shop at Wal-Mart in Mt Sterling. Why not the Kroger in Mt Sterling you ask? Because I REFUSE to financially support a company that turns its back on its smaller locations. Until the AC is fixed, 1STAR!!!
