Fires we not cooked all the way, and the portions were super small from what we usually get when we eat at Long John's (different location). Doubt we will return back to this location.

I used to really like this place, now it is terrible! The coleslaw has no dressing at all. We were told they changed dressings. Would have been nice to find it. Anyone can chop a cabbagehead and shred up a carrot. That is literally all it was! The batter for the fish is changed, and leaves a completely different taste. They cheat on the ingredients and raise the prices! Save your money and eat at home!

I got there at 8:30 and ordered a sizeable mile for my family when I got home the fish and chicken where so cold you would think that they just pulled it out of the freezer and the fries where old I mean stel old the hush puppies and slaw was ok I will never eat from this location again I'll go to Mt Sterling and still have warm food when I get home

This place needs to shut down fast!! I don’t usually complain about any service but I got the worse service possible yesterday November 6, 2023. They got my order completely wrong and after correcting one stupid mistake, the guy from the kitchen holler at me and said “man you owe for another meal, you only paid for three”. I was ready to pay for it but with them getting my order wrong and their rude remarks, my food should have been free. If I know how to get in touch with the headquarters I would report them. Money wasted!! It needs a 0 star.

So my Husband and I got our food to go yesterday and omgoodness it was awful!! The fish was hard burnt dried out!!! The hushpuppies was so hard couldn't eat them. The fries was cold. All the food was in a warmer and they just served it knowing that it wasn't worth serving to anyone. Thing's are already high enough, But that was money wasted. We live in Central KY so couldn't take it back. So we thru it away! When we go in I ALWAYS ask for fresh and they do that for me. Never had a problem but yesterday done it for me. From now on its Captain D's....

Wow, I must've hit their "busy" time!! Maybe around 2:30-3:00 on a dreary Saturday. I've never seen so many folks there before. As usual, service was prompt & courteous. Yum!!
