I order online when they brought my food they crammed all of my order into one bag when I got home the bag ripped and my fries fell on the ground. Whoever bagged my food should have known better . Very disappointed đ

I had a very frustrating experience this past Wednesday when my daughter and I went inside to order food because the drive-through line was wrapped all the way to the entrance. The lady at the front counter was very nice and explained that the app was causing problems in the entire store that day, as it wouldnât load on my phone. I assumed it was affecting everyone else who came in as well. We discussed that it might work on the ordering portal where customers enter their own orders, and the nice lady agreed.
So, I left the line and entered the order myself. The app did work and loaded on my phone; I was even able to scan my phone for a code to redeem a free large fry. However, the screen that confirmed the coupon wouldnât allow me to continue when I pressed the âContinueâ buttonânothing happened. At that point, my daughter and I had already been there for 15 minutes. Not only could I not get the large fry for free, but it also wouldnât let me enter my full order, and the line was even longer.
I asked the lady at the front counter to get the manager, and while she said she would, she kept taking orders. I have worked at McDonald's, Burger King, and served as a shift manager at both, as well as being an assistant store manager at a fine dining restaurant. I felt like I was in a surreal situation when the manager started arguing with me and raising her voice. She was very rude and seemed intent on dismissing everything I said without trying to resolve the issue. It felt like I was the worst person for asking her to void the fries because I had a coupon, and it wasnât my fault that their machines werenât working.
Eventually, the manager and I managed to calm down and realized that it wasnât that big of a deal, and we could handle it amicably. I explained to her that I had worked in fast food and the service industry for 20 years and had never once felt the need to argue with a customer like she did with me. I dealt with customers far worse and never had the opportunity to be anything but passive-aggressive.
Now, if that was the end of it, I wouldnât be writing this review. However, the next part almost ruined my Thanksgiving. After everything was settled, I was waiting for my food when I noticed a tall, skinny guy with glasses staring in my direction. I glanced over, and he continued to stare me down. I confronted him, asking, âWhat are you looking at?â
He walked towards me, with my daughter right there, acting as if he wanted to fight. He said, âWhat are you gonna do about it?â I was furious because this was someone in uniform, on the clock, approaching me. The managers did nothing to intervene. Thankfully, another man, who appeared to be a father, stepped in front of me and calmly said, âHey man, your daughterâs here. You donât want to do that.â This helped me regain my composure.
My daughter was terrified, and I was still processing what had just happened. Every time I thought about it, I felt the urge to drive back and confront the guy in glasses. I was willing to make the 40-minute trip just to see if he would approach me again. This guy not only should be fired, but he should also be investigated to see if he should face criminal prosecution. I should never have been threatened or put in a situation where I might have had to defend myself and protect my daughter, potentially risking jail time, especially when all I wanted was to enjoy a meal at McDonald's with a legitimate deal from my app.
Addendum: I forgot to mention the part where the lady shift manager who argued raised her voice and yelled, not at all did she give any effort to resolve the issue so I asked to speak to her manager as she said, the assistant manager was in the back and after first saying she would not get her for me she eventually went to tell her I wanted to talk to her to come out a moment later and say sheâs not coming out. This is unacceptable. Especially dangerous for the other employees and customers

It's a very small place, there was 6 of us and a baby plus the people already in the store made it very hard to move, and the woman working the counter didn't seem to want to do her job. Almost every person in the store had to get a remake or a item that they had forgot to make.

We were on our way to Natural Bridge for some hiking, but needed a bathroom break and some travel food. Stopped here.
Bathrooms were clean and well-stocked.
Cheeseburgers and fries were fresh and hot. And the young gentleman who waited on my husband told him about a deal with burgers, fries and a drink, so we got a drink, too. Made my husband's stop so worthwhile.
I was admiring the breast cancer awareness pink pumpkin and talked with another young lady about their personal connection to the cause. Two people close to them fighting the battle. Prayers for their full recovery. (BTW their pumpkin was a contest winner.)
We will remember this location on our next hiking adventure to the area.

Really busy place, but today the line went quick. The food was goid and hot and really hit the spot. Good job McDonald's.

My grandson loves eating here and getting the toys but if he gets a double it doesn't like it so it happened today but I went inside and tried to purchase a different toy as I've done numerous times before,well I got up to the counter and as she was ringing me up her manager comes to the front and very rudely told me that they couldn't sell it to me. Okay,that wasn't the problem its that everyone I've dealt with at this location is rude and lacks customer service. Be better and if you hate your job then quit.
