I've not had any issues that wasn't fixed immediately. It's a standard Papa John's as far as taste.If you want to order by phone (when the app/site has issues), select to speak to a manager, if you select to place an order you will be sent to a call center. The call center has always messed up (once not even finalizing the order to be sent to the store), and then the store fixes things for me.Selecting to speak to the manager usually gets me to a non manager...
Food is always fast and good. If you ask for extra cheese sometimes the dough doesn't get cooked long enough but it's still good. Usually they know me as soon as I walk in. Get thanked but hardly ever greeted.
