absolute worst service!! also my “heated” subs were freezing, had to warm it up myself when i got home (i live maybe not even 5 mins away, no way it should be that cold!) called to tell them about it and they basically told me i was lying. and i was missing items LOL. this place is a joke!

Was in there the other day had awful experience around 7 and the woman who waited on my was just rude as can be I think her hat tag said Rachel on it I got 2 subs chicken teriyaki I ask for them toasted she acted like she got go mad was slamming the lids all over the place when you she got it out trow my topping all over the subs it was a mess so I paid and leave when i got to the car we was going to eat them they was so cold in the middle I went back in and she went to back and acted like she didn't see me so the other girl that was working I didn't get her name but she was young with like deep red hair was as sweet as can be and understanding about it when I ask her to re heat them for me she said she was so sorry that had happened i told her it wasn't her fault that there was no need for her to be sorry but the other women Rachel was just rude for no reason at all

Anna the manager at Stanville Subway is really doing a great job. When I went in there this evening I could tell she was working so hard and she truly deserves the recognition and honestly a raise. She was pretty awesome!!!!!

Was told Subway nolonger sells Salads when I tried ordering one in store, I believe the Employee was just to lazy to make it. I checked the app and salads are still available.

Stopped in at the Stanville Subway tonight. Online said they were open until 9:30 and the sign on the door said they were open until 9:30. It was 9:08 and we were told when we opened the door to go in that they were closed and the employee said that their boss just hadn’t changed the sign yet. He said this while he was waiting on another customer. If they closed at 9 then door should have been locked. He said that his boss would get mad if he waited on us. He was very rude about the whole thing and I didn’t appreciate the way were treated. Very bad experience!
