I visited here with friends in November 2023 and had the St Louis ribs, sliced brisket, pulled pork and smoked mac & cheese. Every part of it was delicious and arguably it was more food than I could comfortably eat by myself! I was disappointed that the burnt ends were sold out for the day but I totally understand they are in limited supply and we weren't there early. I'd happily come back some time to try and have them!
Great BBQ and Cocktails! In Summer of 2022, we found Rick's from a YouTube video and decided to see for ourselves if the hype was true. It was! Since then, we have been to the restaurant 3 times, and make it a destination every time we're in Las Vegas. You can order from the counter downstairs, or go upstairs to the bar and have some food and drinks. We all stopped in for lunch after visiting the Pawn Shop. We had the pulled pork and barbecue, it was all pretty good. I think the potato salad was some of the best I ever had. Lunch is a must here if your hungry.
