I had the brisket sandwich with no sauce. I am the type I want to taste the food not the extras. I am also a BBQ snob and am always anxious trying new. With that said this was tremendous BBQ. Probably in the top 5 brisket I have had which is a lot. Kudos to you and please come back. I will be a regular
