In-town guest, visiting family, who is a regular. This was my first time trying the place since the new owners took over. I ordered the Trio meal with vinegar slaw. The slaw was good, but so fresh the flavors hadn't had time to marry. The shoulder and sauce were good. The pork chop wasn't very tender and the pulled pork tasted as though it was made with a baked bean sauce, which, I didn't care for. Flavor and taste wise, I was hoping for a profile that took me back to the yesteryears of my youth, but instead, I was left hungry and dissapointed, which was unfortunate. Maybe next time.

Delicious! My husband and I are glad we stopped by your food truck in Burkesville today!
