Manager here is extremely rude and hostile to her employees. Have sat in both the drive through and the lobby and listened to her verbally assault her employees on several occasions. As a food service industry worker of over 10 years in my life, this is never acceptable.

They take the Fast out of Fast Food. Waited 15 minutes on my food at the drive-thru, did the whole pull up dance and still got the wrong food. Had to pull around and go in. The food tasted microwaved, the bread was tough and hard.

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. First of all it looked like it had just been thrown together. When I went to eat the sandwich, the chicken was dried out and tasted like it had been sitting for a while or very overcooked. The girl that brought out our food was very unfriendly and just handed me the food and walked away. Didn't ask if I needed anything else or say have a good day or anything. This isn't the first time I have had issues with this location and after today's visit it will probably be my last
