Love the old-school Pizza Hut ambiance. The service is good, the pizza is great, and I love the trademark Pizza Hut building/interior. No complaints, so I don't know why it always looks so empty.

Pizza Hut is running a special 12.00 for any large pizza. I ordered 1 large pizza and a order of bread sticks and they wanted to charge me over 40.00 I ask them how much was the bread sticks they said 18.00 and 22.00 for the pizza.I will never order from Tompkinsville Pizza Hut again.

okay so i’ll give it that it used to be decent and i’ve only had one bad incident, i ordered a pizza and breadsticks a few nights prior within an hour of eating it i was not feeling the greatest. i honestly thought it was me eating to much so that night i finished what i had left. a couple hours later i was at the ER with food poisoning. that was the only thing i had ate that day. this is the first time this has happened but it’s completely ruined the whole food chain for me and i probably will not be able to eat it again.
The waitress gets a 4 Star. I tipped her $150% of the ticket 🎟. They all make the same amount (minimum wage), but she did the best she could. The restaurant had pizza boxes stacked everywhere (Fire Hazzard) a 2 Star. I got the Meat 🍖 Pasta 🍝 Bowl 🥣. It was a 2 star. The bread 🍞 sticks were a 4 star. Should have gotten a small double pepperoni with double cheese on a thin and crispy. Pizza 🍕 Hut 🛖 has really changed since the mid-80s. They used to be about quality products 😕 😪 😔 😢 😞 but not any more. Pizza 🍕 Hut 🛖 has to start caring more.

I ordered online, And when I got there I was told, they didn’t have the order. Even though, I had proof of where I had ordered. One of the employees told me I must have ordered it at the wrong location, when clearly I didn’t. Because it was on the order.
Had to wait for my food to be cooked, wasn’t offered any type of compensation. They acted like it was my fault! I will not be back. Rolling Dough it is!
