I had ordered a chicken bacon ranch protein bowl minus the cucumber and bell peppers, which they did leave out. But they added JALAPENOS not just one or two but 13, so it was no accident that they were there. Set my mouth on fire. I had to dump the salad onto a plate and go through to get them out.
This is the first time we have had an issue at all.

Spent 22 dollars the employees had a visitor there eating with them and only 1 employee got up to fix mine and my brother's sandwich and then the girl didn't even cut out subs in half sad service that they are more worried about their lunch break at 10am then the customers

I pulled in and was going to give him a try but I couldn't because of the Nancy pelosi style menu you know they can't get the wording right so I don't reckon I'll be eating at any of the subways that carry themselves on that type of liberal level with such a menu a word of advice to the owner go back to a simple menu I promise you would come out far ahead with such a simple change.

Bought two subs, the subs were essentially empty. The foot long had the smallest amount of meat I've ever seen in a sub, two pieces total. For what you pay, you're better off going to the walmart next door. Quite disappointed. Employees were too busy hanging out behind the store to actually make the subs.
Needs better management. From what a former employee told me, the manager allows employees to do whatever to customer foods whom they do not like, the manager does it as well. That says enough for me and i will not return.
