I stopped for the first time after hearing good reports on the food here. I was not disappointed! I had the Cuban sandwich with a jalapeño corn casserole and both of them were delicious. I got to speak to the owner and liked his vision for the restaurant and the area. I will definitely drive the 10 extra miles and eat there again!
My wife and I stopped in for lunch yesterday. IT. WAS. WONDERFUL!!! We both had the Cuban sandwich with a side of jalapeño corn and smoked beans. The waitress was super friendly and the owner took time to explain to us his smoking method and how he got started. This place is truly a gem hidden in the center of Trenton, Ky. It's a short drive from Hopkinsville, Clarksville, Elkton, or Russellville. Check it out!! You won't be sorry!!

The atmosphere reminds me of a quaker steak and lube. It's in an old gas station that had a mechanics garage attached.Pizza (14" thin supreme) - crust was thin and crunchy, the way it should be.
