Slowest drive thru in NKY… And they need to stop catering to Karens that hold up the line due to not knowing how to use the mobile order app, or who complain and want different fresh fries.
Literally had to turn my car off and was at a stand still for almost 15 minutes today because some old Karen made the employee look at her phone and fix an order, then she made them remake her milkshake.
You need to send these people to a parking spot and then deal with their nonsense there and let the line move.
When I want my food I want it fast, not 15-20 minute waits.
I won’t be back for awhile.

We have been excited for our Chick-fil-A since we saw the sign in the construction site! Everything about it is in line with what we've come to expect from the restaurant- hot food, friendly and speedy service, conveniently located and priced well for the quality. We're so excited to have one in Union! 🥳

Chick-fil-A is a wonderful addition to the community. The food and atmosphere are great, but I'm particularly excited about the investment in Union and our local schools.
I highly recommend getting out to support this location and the culture they bring to our township.

Went here during absolute worst drive thru conditions. Busy, rainy, cold, windy. Expected ~15 minutes for my food from other Chick-fil-A's nearby, but the people working there held it down amazingly. Took around 5 minutes and the food was what you'd expect from this chain.
I'm very happy with the Chick-fil-A franchises here opening more restaurants to fill the gaps now that that supply facility is opening in Elsmere next year, and I'm shocked at how well the service is at this location for it being open for a couple months at most.

The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because of the wait. I know it has only been a couple of weeks but even with only a few people in line, the wait is not what you would see at any other Chick-fil-A. Other than that everything is great and I love what they do for the community.

They are new so trying to give grace, but waited for mobile order for 15 mins while the regular line kept moving. There were 3 others in the same line fed up. It wasn’t even a meal time to be that slow. No manager or adult in sight. Also, the fries were not the same as all other locations and kale salad was tasteless. Not up the CFA standards.
