I love 5 minutes away and drive all the way to main street in Florence to avoid going here. Always dirty, workers act clueless, and portion sides are HORRIBLE for what you pay mobile ordering! It looked half eaten when I got my bowl last week! I’ve given them multiple chances or brushed it off as a fluke, but it’s clear they just aren’t meeting the standards.

Went to Chipotle for lunch. Very disappointed with the portions they give you for the pricing. I went to the Burlington store and got almost double what I got at Union. Of course that is probably an exaggeration but when you can see through the cheese because it’s not enough to actually cover.

If you are debating ordering online at this location don't. There is a 75% chance they will mess up your order or send you a taquito size burrito. After 10+ orders 2 maybe 3 have been made correctly. Happy there is a new Chipotle by Publix!

I was ordering my food and the manager was extremely rude and slamming the guacamole container down like a sledge hammer. I told her that if she didn’t like her job she should look for something that makes her happier. She told me that it wasn’t that, it was her coworkers that weren’t listening to her. I said she shouldn’t take it out on her customers. I guess her ego got hurt as I was told to have a good day and that she wouldn’t serve me. I then said some not so nice things to her, as she had no reason to deny me service. To the owner, management should never let customers see they are angry at their employees, let alone take it out on customers. I visit this particular store four times a week. I was in the day before yesterday and the lady, I think was managing that day, was so nice. She had a darker complexion and tattoos. The lady today was a Caucasian woman with no chin. I asked who her manager was and she said they don’t give out names, which I’m pretty sure is BS. She just doesn’t want to get in trouble I’m assuming. This particular incident happened on June 29th 2025 at around 1830. I see that this store has a review of 3.5. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that has everything to do with this “lady” running the place. I will be going to Qdoba from now on. This sucks because chipotle has great food. I hope this manager gets some coaching on how to deal with the public. If she was working for me, and I found out or witnessed her interact with the public the way she did, she wouldn’t be employed with me anymore. But you all do you. Keep her on and continue to have get horrible reviews.

***UPDATE*** I was contacted by the manager and our meal was made right. We were invited in for a free meal to make up for the mistakes. The food was good and the employees were very sweet and apologetic. It was a nice experience and are willing to come back again 😊

I am so done with going to this chipotle. They are consistently giving us sub par quality and not giving us our whole order. But tonight was the last straw. My son wanted the cheese quesadilla with guacamole. We got a taco shell with rice in it….what the heck. Also, the fruit that came with it was bruised and wouldn’t recommend eating. So even though we got $35 worth of food for my family, I had to make my son a cheese quesadilla when we got home. They also didn’t put everything we ordered in my husbands bowl. For this, I got a free kids meal and a free drink credited to my account. I will not be using either of these at the is chipotle.

Lovely Dispute

20 dollars for a chicken burrito, chips and queso.. NO drink. Employee gave me a little under one of the scoops of chicken and I asked for a little more and she charged me extra meat. I was kind and respectful.. I didn't expect her to charge me extra. She didn't even give me the full scoop to begin with and sure didn't add a whole extra scoop. Disappointing. Don't come here.

I love Chipotle, and I REALLY want to like this location since it's just 5 min from my house, but unfortunately it consistently disappoints and has proven to be (in my experience) the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to (and I've been to MANY). Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 5-10 minutes to one of the Florence or Ft. Mitchell locations.

My order hadn’t even been started when I pulled up on time at the Chipotlane. Then, I suppose in a rush to throw the order together, they totally ignored the request for extra beans on both, and totally omitted the salsa one one of the bowls. With your prices where they are, I can’t accept the skimpy, incorrect delivery of $23 in incomplete product, not to mention the tip I agreed to before placing the order through the app. Very disappointing experience.

This has to be the worst chipotle in northern Kentucky. I have heard that the staff at this location were terrible but I guess it’s true that you don’t believe it until you see it. I went to get a kids meal for my child and asked for one of the sides to be shredded cheese. I was told no that’s against chipotle rules. I was shocked that she said that I can’t have something. If she would have said anything else like it will be extra that’s fine even though she was wrong considering I get this meal a couple times a week for my kid at other locations. I definitely won’t be back.

This Chipotle is so unprofessional! I ordered through the app and selected the option to pick up through drive-thru. When we got to the window the young lady in the window greeted us with “What’s up” which instantly had me a little taken aback. She gives us our order and because we live 15 minutes away I always check our food. I ordered 2 bowls and 1 burrito all with extra chicken but both bowls had super small rice portions and neither bowl had extra chicken. I went inside and politely asked for the manager. I told her that the first thing is you shouldn’t be greeted with a What’s up to which she responded that that’s how her employee greets everyone and she’s a good worker so she’s not willing to correct that behavior. The 2nd is that the portions were small and her excuse was that it happens sometimes and that they were busy. She gave me a small container of chicken for the 2 extra portions that I had paid. When I asked for the the name of the store manager the young lady at the register told me his name was Daniel. I went outside and came back for the name of the manager that was working and she rudely told me that she had helped me already that SHE was the GM for the store which obviously was a lie as the young lady at the register told me that the GM’s name was Daniel. I will never visit this location again and I will be contacting corporate.
