Took about a hour to get my food, was supposed to get it thro the drive thro lane then they made go inside to the pick up lane then after maybe 20 mins of standing there they said i had to make the regular lane and order again. The order more simple couldnt be literally just rice with steak and barely got any food there either stingy with them rice dang.

I could eat Chipotle everyday for every meal. The one in union is great. They will make a quesadilla without having to order online. I have had others locations refuse.

The most RUDE employees I have ever interacted with. Gave us 2 random people’s order and didn’t even apologize. My bowl has barely any food in it for 15 dollars. Just so rude and ran TERRIBLY.

Computers were down when I walked in, Donna the manager was freaking out and immediately let me know that she was taking no more orders for the night because the computers were down. So I left and went to my car, I definitely was not welcome in side the store evidently. I waited for a few and tried the online app, still down, I wait another 10 minutes and it was up and working. I ordered online bit now my wait was another 30 minutes. I tried to go through the drive thru and was told my order wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. I explained the situation and was ask to leave and come back, this is when I ask the girl in the window who the other lady at the front counter was. She said Donna the manager. Well Donna if you continue to manage this location I will not return, it's not the customers fault that the computers are down or that your stressing over a job that should be centered around courteous customer service. What a shame that a great place to eat like Chipotle is tarnished by someone who hates their job. I'll check back periodically to see when Donna is terminated and may return to eating here till then I will go to big head burritos.

My fiancée went in at 7:20 on 10/28 to order three bowls. There was a long line, so she came prepared with the orders written out on her notes app to help out the worker - a 40-something Y.O female. The worker was in a rush and added the wrong things in wrong bowls. My fiancée didn’t correct her, but the worker noticed from her face something was wrong, threw the bowl aggressively into the trash, said “I don’t know what the hell I’m doing”, and walked off. Another coworker had to intervene and take over. Absolutely unacceptable to treat a customer this way.

Went inside an hour before close on 11/8. The crew was fun, efficient, kind. Was smiling on the drive home thinking about my visit. Food was great.

I normally don’t leave reviews but $12 for 6 pieces of fatty, rubbery steak with barely enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl even after scraping the bottom of the rice pan into the bowl was pretty horrific.

I should’ve done what my gut said and said no thanks before they finished the “bowl” but alas I went home and threw it away.

Ordered online wait five minutes for someone to come to the window. When I arrived at home, I was disappointed with the $22 I spent for what looks like a half of a bowl with chips and salsa.

This chipotle I would avoid. They charge full price for not even half of a bowl. I’ll add pics so everyone can see this nonsense that they find acceptable. Choose any other location or you’ll continue to waste your money. They could care less about quality or amount.
