I've been a die-hard Dewey's fan for many years and was super excited about this new location in my area. The facility is beautiful and clean and the staff very friendly. However, I was extremely disappointed in the pizza itself. This was honestly the worst Dewey's pizza I've ever had. I ordered the X-Pepperoni with extra sauce. The pizza was barely warm, there was almost no sauce or toppings on it, the crust in the middle under the toppings was paper thin, yet the outer edge of the crust was so thick it took up a large portion of the pieces, cutting way down on the amount of room for the toppings. I'm hopeful this is just growing pains of a new location opening, but very disappointed.

I’ve heard mixed opinions about this place and finally tried it. It was definitely not the place for me, this pizza was disgusting and the service wasn’t great. We were sitting there for a long time after we finished our meal just waiting for our server. I will be returning to strongs and won’t be coming back to Dewey’s

Just had an early dinner here with family to celebrate my husbands birthday. Right away we noticed a much more calmer experience than the other Dewey's in Crestview and definitely not as noisy! Everything was cooked exactly how we ordered and the service was absolutely top notch! Seems like the employees work together as a team which made the whole experience even better. Hope they don't change a thing at this location. It's perfect!

Not a very good Dewey’s. Go to the one over in Crestview Hills. It was legitimately a much worse experience in almost every way. I was so excited to get a Dewey’s near me but it just disappointed a lot.

First time to the new Dewey’s in Union. It was crowded on a Wednesday night. Pizza and salad were excellent as usual. We tried the seasonal harvest salad and was not disappointed. For our pizza, we selected 1/2 Ryan’s inferno and 1/2 box bomber. Pro tip: ask for ranch on the side if you think you will have leftovers of Ryan’s inferno. It makes for a better eating experience on day 2. Service was fast but the bartender seemed stretched thin and my drink went dry several time. Not a huge issue but definitely not our experience at other Dewey locations. I’ll chalk it up to the location being new. Will definitely be back.

Came here on opening night and ran into the typical issues you may run into on your first day. BUT, even though it was understandable the staff really made a huge difference. Ben one of the managers made sure he provided us with some alternatives to make up for the hiccups and was very generous and had a great sense of customer service. One of the servers naia was the absolute sweetest. He was personable and did a great job. When we returned a few weeks later the wait wasn’t as long and everything was great. If the team messes up on anything they go above and beyond to make it right. Bethany took care of us this time and she is a great example for her employees! Really everyone is friendly! From the host, to the severs, management and even the cooks who entertained us in the dough tossing while we waited for our food!

This may be the worst pizza I've ever paid for. Over an hour and 30 minute wait for a loaded potato pizza with no sauce, the potatoes are potato chips, the crust is terrible. Walmart frozen pizza is far superior to this disgusting pile of failure. I'm telling you now, the only people that like this dog food are hipster yuppies that want to act like they know food better than you. Don't waste your money on this absolute dumpster fire they claim is pizza.

Finally tried Deweys after several friends kept telling me how great it was. Doubt I'll be trusting their opinions again as this basically tasted like Rapid Fire, just way overpriced. The Pizza was mediocre at best and somehow cold after a 3 minute drive to my house. I'm fairly certain it sat in the back for quite a while, as most of the workers were too busy goofing off in the back, as I could see them through the window in the kitchen area. Won't be going back, I'll stick with Papa Dinos, Garzellis and Strongs moving forward. If you want overpriced, mediocre, Pizza with few toppings you'll love this spot, otherwise, I'd advise going elsewhere.

We love Dewey's and have never had a complaint at the Crestview location. This is our second order and the second issue. Typically the calzones are the best in this area, however not at this location. My calzone is so soggy as if something spilled all over it, and was left for the dough to absorb. Two orders too much! We will not be ordering from the Union location again. $28.00 for two soggy calzones is not worth it!

The setup and partnership is unfortunately not in sync. The Dewey’s vs the kiosk are two different “systems.” Kiosk was a 2 hour 12 minute wait while normal pickup is 30 minutes
