I went here a long time ago late at night and forgot to leave a review but the pizza was delicious (as always with Domino’s) and the nice lady there had complimented me and my girlfriend’s outfits too! Now I’ll have to go here anytime I want a pizza

No cheese should mean no cheese correct? Nope and we were told “it clearly states” rather than acknowledging the ambiguity of the situation. Customer is definitely not right any of the time here. Thankfully there are much better pizza places like Strongs and others coming soon.
**UPDATE: the GM Jason contacted me to resolve the issue without hassles. Much appreciated. Two things: Dominos needs to change their menu to be less ambiguous. If you say no cheese you mean no cheese for a reason. Second, if the GM is the only that can handle complaints let the customer know. Most of us will be more likely to appreciate being told that rather than being dismissed. Thanks!

Terrible service. I ordered food online and still had to wait 30–40 minutes at the store. They didn’t even make my pizza. When I asked the staff if it was ready, I had to ask four times and was completely ignored. Wasted an hour of my time. I just left without taking the food.

We got a medium stuff pizza with pepperoni, mushroom, onions, and green peppers. It was very good and lasted us for 2 meals

My family gets this probably once a week during football season and we always have the best service, the workers are so friendly and kind, never had once had a bad experience.

Give the two dudes and half working today a raise. Everything was perfect, and fast. Great customer service Y'all making everything perfect and yummy. So good that ur making other dominos look bad :)
We order pizza from this location about every other week. The employees at this location have always been courteous and upbeat, orders are always completed quickly, and I've never had a mistake on an order.

We ordered pizza for delivery, and timed it so we didn’t have to make extra stops to the next place we were going. 1 pizza, 1 pasta, 1 garlic knots, 1 2liter of soda. All came on time except for the soda.
Called the store (they wouldn’t pick up the first 2 time I called, but 3rd time the charm) the lady said I could have credit or they could rerun it out to me. I said fine, run it out here, then she hung up on me before asking my or address. Fine, maybe they used caller id, maybe they just knew. Waited 35 mins. No one came.
Called again, No one was sent. I’m now late to were I need to be and still no refund. No I don’t want a credit. I don’t want you to print out a receipt to hold on your end for the next time I order pizza that might happen in a year or so. I said I didn’t want to wait for what you should have already done, I don’t want credit. I told the lady I would call that evening and talk to the general manager.
25 mins later, I’m getting a knock at the door (was delayed from leaving by something else) and the 2 liter is being dropped off. It’s a secured entry to the building so they had to have bothered a neighbor to get in and then was just going to leave it at the door. The delivery lady was surprised when I answered, saying “oh they said you were going to be gone.”
I’m not upset about the soda. I’m upset about how unprofessionally this was handled. You don’t make someone call the store 2-3 times to get someone to answer. You don’t hang up on them and then don’t do as you said you would. And once a resolution was decided on, go and do the thing you should have done an hour prior.

They did not add an item (Feta Cheese) in the pizza. When asked the person said it is in under the veggies. I found that it was not in when started eating at home.
