First time ever trying McAlister’s at this location and both times I had different cashiers and both were amazing and very helpful definitely making me and my partner very welcomed :) Loved this place definitely will become a regular specifically at this location!!

I’ve had McAllister’s before and the food is always good but what stands out the most about this location is the service. The cashiers were extremely friendly and there were workers checking on the tables throughout my time there which I’ve not experienced at any other location. The place is super clean, the food was amazing and the service was excellent.

I have a tea pass, so I'm there a couple times a week. I use the windows side service. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend the country potato soup. There is usually no wait time which is a plus.

I came here on my birthday.No knowledge of the menu.I asked for a turkey with a baked potato.The lady upfront told me you can’t that sandwich with the potato unless you get half the sandwich I said I don’t want half the sandwich still wanting the potato did no explaining of the menu and was rushing us aside to get to next in line we paid sat and when we got our food I had soup there was no problem I told the server she said it was fine keep the soup 1 minute later the same lady from upfront rudely explains why I’m wrong and why I can’t get the potato and takes my soup so now I’m sitting with just a sandwich waiting for my potato couple minutes go by and the manager comes over and gives the same rude explanation and basically is trying to get me to pay for the hole potato after his worker messed up my order and acted rude I asked if there was any birthday specials and he said if you aren’t a member no and then brings me my potato with no bacon I just didn’t say a word but it just seemed like they cared more for money then customers
