Terrible service from employee. We put a mobile order at 9:48pm and got there around 9:55pm. Waited along with other drivers almost 40min. The guy at the speaker was okay but when we pulled up to grab our food. The gentleman had the biggest attitude, not even hi or have a good night, the guy handed me my food and slammed the window with such an attitude. I looked over to my wife we both were confused on what has happened. We thought it was over, but as we are pulling off he forgot to hand us our Kids meal. So we had to get in line back again and explained the guy at the first window the other guy forgot to give us our meal, he told us to pull upfront and when we did and I told the guy he forgot our meal (he didn’t apologize) there was no speech and was gonna hand me the wrong food too (he’s been messing up orders), he put the food down with so much attitude got my kids meal and we left. Terrible service from this guy, i’m not a pleased customer. I’m very upset and mad. This is not Mcdonald’s fault but the service of his employee. I didn’t get his name but I got a picture of him.

i just came through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order (NO91). when i got my food it was good it was fine however, i went to go drink my sweet tea and it taste like straight up coffee. this is disgusting and i will never come back here nor recommend this mcdonald’s to anyone.

The western hills McDonalds it’s always really nice to me and extremely patient due to me having SLE LUPUS. they are extremely patient. I always give me extra ketchup and extra napkins.!

Don’t pay attention to the hours. It says one thing, you go there well after the time it says they open and they tell you they’re not open. Confirmed three weeks ago! Sure thing.

Just went in to get a quick drink, Something was messed up with the soda machine, so it wasn't putting carbonation.Just soda syrup, got ignored by like five people. Shout out to Edwin for being the only employee that cared to help people actually in the store and not in the drive thru. He was polite and helpful. The other employees were not.
Place is horrible at breakfast put something in on a mobile order wait in the drive-thru for 20minutues just to have them pull me because my food isn't ready do better

Received our food which was only 1 combo, when we also ordered a 6pc. Kids meal , a McDouble , 2 mcchickens and a frozen coke. The combo we did get was made wrong , freezing cold and got a diet drink instead of what was ordered. Food was sent again for it to be disgusting, and cold as well as missing the kids meal again, and the drink being wrong again. Worst McDonald’s ever and nothing but continuous issues with every order/visit. Worth driving 15-20 mins to any other location!

I just ordered an oatmeal and in the bag their were no apples, no cranberries, no spoon and a maybe a tablespoon of water in my oatmeal. I discovered this when I pulled over into a different parking lot since their parking lot was full, to eat my oatmeal. This is really sad how McDonald's serves it's customers. They cannot get a simple order right.

I made an online order and gave them the code, they gave me the wrong order. Went inside to fix the issue, the manager was extremely rude and it felt like I had to fight to get my order fixed. In the end they didn't give me my sauces and forgot to add modifications to items, wouldn't recommend.
