being pulled for 2 hash browns and waiting 20 minutes for them is pretty ridiculous! my order was placed at 803, didn’t get my food until i went in and got it at 825.

Got to be one of the consistently worst McD’s ever. Went in for lunch once and employees were swearing at each other. When I complained there was my 6 year old grandson there the Manager made a snyde comment saying the customer was getting mad now so tone it down. Like this is acceptable as long as it’s done quietly.On another occasion I ordered two happy meals and received them with no toys inside. I had to go inside and get them.Most recently I ordered two happy meals and a 10 piece McNuggets. The happy meals were missing the milk, no sauce, and the entire meal was cold and the nuggets dried out.Avoid this McD’s. You’ll be routinely disappointed.

This McDonald's is on one end of a busy truck stop, so traffic getting in can be a problem, but they do a big drive-thru business and seem to always keep things moving, have one employee assigned just to bring out orders to cars in the waiting spaces. Staff is always courteous. The dining room is not huge, but it is comfortable. Food is McD's standard stuff done right.Parking: Can be difficult sometimes due to overflow from the truck stop.
They forget something on our order everytime. When we get our food it is always old and limp. NEVER hot and fresh. We have been told countless times that their machines are being washed or are down so we cant order a certain food/drink. We will never go to this location ever again.Most lazy and slow workers I have ever seen. I use to work at a McDonalds. Not a great location
I think it’s pretty ridiculous that i waited over a hour for my food to be delivered just for it to be cancelled because the dasher didn’t want to wait that long there is no way it should take a hour for a sandwich and a drink this is ridiculous!
