Just picked up a large hand tossed pizza that was supposed to be hand tossed crust. Not sure what happened at this location but the food has been poor quality. I arrived in 15 minutes when they said it would be done and my name was on the screen for not ready for another 10 minutes. I waited then when my name came up the person behind the counter pulled a pizza out that was sitting in a warming bag!!! It definitely wasn't a hand tossed crust, more like super thin, soggy, not done inside and even the cheese was hardly melted. Very disappointed.

Ordered 7 pizzas online for a birthday party called to make sure they had my order but couldn't find the whole order then bounced around talking to different that spoke as much English as a 3 year old child then when I told them to cancel they continued to call me after telling them multiple times to forget it because it wouldn't of been right anyway do not recommend!! Would give 0 starts if i could!

Don’t have it delivered, just go pick your food up yourself. They use DoorDash because they don’t have staff to deliver. If something is wrong don’t bother calling I sat on hold for almost a half hour. Literally drove to the store while still on hold to get my own missing items.

Well, they assure me that I didn't get sick from their pizza but I was fine before I ate it and after a rather awful experience which I will not go into detail about, I then felt fine again. I called them today to chat about it and the manager assured me it wasn't from the pizza. So, there you go. I have never rated anything like this before, but I guess there is a first time for everything. Good luck!
