Normally I have a good experience coming to this Starbucks and have come here for years. Unfortunately it has become a common occurrence that when I order a venti drink they leave 1-3 inches of the drink empty. I’m getting charged for a venti while I’m receiving a grande. People go to Starbucks for the elevated quality of coffee and service and are willing to pay the extra money for it. I’m not sure if this is a standardized practice or if it is a mistake by the baristas but Starbucks will lose business if people feel they are getting less than what they are paying for.
I get the same drink order every time I come through here recently I have been visiting the Union location, and it was very noticeable that they are not filling the drinks all the way to the top any other location I go they actually give you a full drink and then when I went back in and asked them to fill it to the top, the girl argued with me and went back-and-forth back-and-forth and was very rude i’m not sure what to do about this because the union location is more convenient for me. I just wish that I was getting what I was paying for.

Was there last night and the young man taking orders was in a sleeveless basketball shirt - ewww!
Absolutely rude my dasher got something thrown at him cause i asked him to change the tape and use the Green topper because the tape causes leakage in the bag.

Don’t waste your time at this location! Terrible customer service, long wait times, always disorganized, be prepared to wait 10+ minutes for a coffee.

This is the second time now they’ve given the wrong sandwich. Ordered a sausage cheddar sandwich and both times they’ve given something different… egg,bacon only and 0 sausage. Too expensive to be messing up this often.
I just waited 35 minutes in the drive thru completely unacceptable. There were only a handful of cars in the drive thru.

Honestly they mind as well close this one down since there’s another one 5 mins away. They never have enough staffing there. I feel sorry for that poor lady working all these orders by herself. I ordered through the app, waited double of the time the app said, both of my drinks were made wrong.

I love Union, Ky Starbucks. The workers there make me feel like a celebrity when I walk in there. They say “Hi” as soon as I walk in the door and they know my name.

Order on App said ready in 10 mins. I came in to pickup.The Shop manager said wait for another 20mins. After 30 minis waiting. I have to Wait for another 25mins. Total 55 mins waiting asked to cancel the order. The Shop manager name Marty said “can not cancel. You have to call StarBuick Headquarters to cancel”.

By far the worst starbucks experience I've ever had. My signature frap was a little off and I asked if I could be remade. The employee "Jaylen" told me if I did not like my drink, that I could go elsewhere down the street.... totally unexceptable coming from a customer service profession. This girl needs to be fired!!!!

Walked up to get a hot coffee just before 530pm. Asked if she had Sumatra. She didn't know what that was, so I asked what the bold blend was, she said she just poured it all out. I asked if they had Pike Place, she said she just poured out all the coffee. She said what time is it? And looked at her watch said it was 530pm and it's too late for coffee. I asked what time she closed, she said 800pm. I asked are you going to brew more coffee, she said no. Then offered me espresso. I told her nevermind and walked away. I heard someone say "whatever" as I walked away.
