The Christian music station was way too loud, and it took over an hour to get two coffees with no one else in front of us. Terrible place.

I hate to give this place a negative review as it has been our favorite coffee shop in the area for the past year. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership, the quality and consistency has significantly gone downhill. Prior to the change, the coffee was always made perfect and the exact same every visit. For example, there was always almost exactly an inch of cold foam on every coffee. Now, the amount is always different and usually only a very minimal amount. Today’s visit was the final straw, as you could literally barely even see the “cold foam” at all. It didn’t even cover the top of the coffee. I understand that a learning period is to be expected with a change of ownership, but this has been a continuous problem every visit now and considering the cold foam is an extra charge, this aspect should always be consistent and of the same quality as the previous ownership. I really want to be able to give Java on Joe 5 stars again and hope this constructive criticism will be taken into account and used to restore the shop back to its upmost potential.

The girls who work here are very rude and unprofessional. I love trying new coffee shops but this was a very unenjoyable experience!!

I stopped in today from an early morning start of my work day. The young gentleman that was serving went above and beyond. (I believe he said he was from the Midwest, where he attends a Christian College, here on a job internship??

We had fun with my order as I allowed him to recommend something. My first Lotus Tea!! It was amazing and I'll definitely be back.

I gave it a 3 on food for there was hardly anything to choose from.

The owner and staff genuinely create an inviting and friendly atmosphere. They went above and beyond by welcoming me in after hours and delivering exceptional service that truly stands out. I wholeheartedly recommend this place—it’s an experience not to be missed!

Great staff! I work here almost every day on my computer when I need some extra energy!

Coffee was ok at best. Very loud and frankly somewhat obnoxious atmosphere. Not a great space to work or read.

The staff have never failed at being friendly and thankful for your business. They also have extra large iced coffee ,like 32 oz.

I love this coffee place especially since there is a lot of options to choose from for coffee.. This is my go to coffee spot..
