Bio shield has been fantastic. I am a residential cleaning specialist and always looking for others business to network and refer to my clients. My clients are like family and trust me when it comes to referrals. I encountered a potential client that I was not able to assist as it was a bio hazard situation I'm not certified in. I called another company who was extremely rude and acted as if I was stealing their business. Bio shield was very kind and genuine in explaining their process, procedures, and rates so I could refer client to their services in a knowledgeable manner. A few weeks later one of my regulars called with a situation I wasn't able to handle, again another bio hazard. Bio shield handled it the same day and at a reasonable rate. The situation was handled gently as sometimes bio hazard cleaning can be super embarrassing to the client. I seen before and after pics and they did an awesome quality job. I would highly recommend their services to my clients and anyone I know.
