3 times in a row the food was hot and fresh, the Grey haired women was extremely nice, greeted me with a smile.. so nice every time I have come here, today I got her name "Nita" keep up on the hot fries... I will continue to return, the nicest McDonald's ever visited.

I ordered a number 2 deluxe and got a deluxe mccrispy in stead would have taken it back but it took a whole for someone to even take my order and to get my food she even put mccrispy in after I told her a number 2 deluxe this is why I hate McDonald's. Worst food ever the deluxe Mccrispy that they gave me taste burnt fries was cold would have given no stars but that wasn't an option

Gave 1 star cause the people were friendly..but the burgers and fries were old like they had been sitting for a while. Fries ws hard and cold nuggets too..if I go back I would literally have to be starving!!!

11 minutes from receipt timestamp to fill a one-tea order. (They didn't brew it fresh, and had to ask for what I was waiting at the counter.)
No hand sanitizer near the order kiosk, and nearest dispenser by the door was empty.
So glad weâre able to leave reviews because they WONT pick up the phone we never eat out and when we finally do we go two minutes down the road to this mcdonaldâs here in waddy for a family of 6 . They got everything right except ALL the fries were raw . I used to work at mcdonaldâs it takes about 2 minutes to cook them so not sure how they messed that up AND they forgot 2/4 cheeseburgers we ordered .

Was told to âpull around to parking spot #2â there was no numbers. Sat in this parking lot for over 10 minutes waiting on my order. Next time I will just go into the gas station and get some snacks for the road. I donât need to be held up that long by a fast food restaurant when I have a 10 hour drive

Day shift crew was great and got stuff done well and done quickly. Night shift had 2 guys talking and doing nothing in the back. Third guy was too busy hitting on the manager to actually focus on cooking food. Would've been 1 star on the service if not for the Day shift crew.
