I ordered a steak egg and cheese McMuffin and a steak egg and cheese McGriddle this morning through the app specifying that I didn't want salt on it. Unfortunately that was ignored and so much salt was on it that the meat could have lasted 50 years without being refrigerated. I'm guessing that McDonald's is trying to do their part to help the hospitals get patients. They probably get some kind of kickback from it. After all, heart surgeries are running somewhere around $180,000 now. And to top it off the steak really wasn't steak. It was more like some kind of fake hamburger. What did I expect with a McDonald's though? There's no such thing as quality when it comes to McDonald's!

They couldn't make iced coffee but took the order for it. We waited quite a while for the food and when it came there was no coffee. No mention of a refund until we asked them for it. Then they gave us attitude like we were inconveniencing them for asking for our money back for an item we didn't receive.

Every time I go to this location, it doesn’t matter what I order. I have to pull forward and wait on. Today after waiting on two double cheeseburgers for 10 minutes, they’re cold. Service here is always slow, and the food is never hot.

I was pleasantly surprised when an employee walked up to the counter, greeted me with a smile AND took my order (not a kiosk)!!! Unfortunately this is VERY RARE at most McDonalds. I ordered the gold snack wrap (first time ordering/eating this new menu item) and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. My only complaint....while eating, I was thinking it was very dry. When I got to the last couple bites, the gold sauce poured out and onto me. Well....this explains why the top ¾ of the wrap was so dry.

Generally speaking I like most of the staff. Always very friendly. And the food is typically pretty good. But good golly it’s the slowest McDonalds by a long shot. Hope they can figure something out.

We ordered on the Kiosk and had to put in a table number. When our order was ready, they called out our number..the fries were cold, and we tried calling back to the employee to get our drink cups. The trash cans were extremely full. They could do better, especially on a Saturday night.

I lost my voice due to severe allergies and so I did a mobile order figuring it would be easier as I did the same in eminence that morning. Went threw the drive-thur around 1 or so and couldn't speak, the girl there had a very bad attitude that I couldn't speak to her and proceeded to lock the window on me and one point and kept slamming the window on me and other employees trying to understand what was going on. It's definitely not my best experience there, and I'm not sure if I'd go again while not being able to talk. Makes me wonder about mute and deaf people going through there. I feel for them if that's how they would be treated by the team.

Those two boys with long greasy hair wanted to keep looking and laughing at me, waiting for my food. , i get my order of friesand mcchicken, and there's mustard in my mcchicken. I'll see yall again
