came through the window at 11:20pm for a door dash. although the window does say they close at 11pm, online says 12am. after waiting for about 10 minutes at the window and not seeing anyone. i pulled back around to see if someone would answer the speaker. they didn’t, so i sat at the window and honked my horn politely. the lady who was (im presuming) the only one in there. comes to the window, doesn’t open it and proceeds to yell at me how she ain’t accepting orders cause they were closed. i get it. it’s late and everyone wants to go home, but there is no reason to yell and definitely no reason to not open the window to speak with me. i’ve worked fast food so i know the struggle of not wanting to be there anyway but cmon, do better.

Had a mobile order that was scheduled for 810 this morning I went over there tried going into the restaurant all the doors were locked tried going through the drive through nobody answered the door is propped open in the back for the kitchen so somebody is there they just don’t want to answer. Whoever drives that green Honda accord you sir are lazy and rude. If you would of opened the door and just been like I’m the only person working I would of been cool with that but the fact that you just ignored me flat out I called multiple times I knocked on the door and the drive thru window to no avail. I had a hunkering for those delicious breakfast croissant sandwiches and now I won’t be able to appease that hunger due to your laziness. I hope you have a terrible day sir/mam.

Completely ridiculous. I ordered online and my whole order was screwed up. Ordered a double whopper no onion no lettuce it had both. I ordered the 2 for 5 with a whopper jr no onion no lettuce and it had both. The second sandwich was suppose to be a bacon cheese burger in guessing it was another whopper jr because it had no bacon and also had onion and lettuce. Ordered a large onion ring received a small. And had an order of the cheese tots which was the only thing in the order that was right. The stickers on the sandwiches all said what they were suppose to be but none were right how do you screw up that bad. 😤

Food was pretty good but the employees acted like they hated their jobs
We came in to eat, after a long day of travel. The restaurant was manned by only 2 employees, during the midday shift. They remained friendly, professional & got our orders done in a timely manner with no errors.

Worst what happened to BK none of them have good management so rude good is old cold or microwaved so much it's inedible it turns hard as soon as it cools off customer service is horrible the manager 's all have aditude get it together and higher some friendly mangers the whole place act like they hate their job every single BK I go to from Ky to Ohio crazy do better BK
