I ordered my food 17.80 the manager did not want to give me any sauce for my fries. So I ask for my money back. 17.50 and they want to charge me for sauces for the fries. All this is over .20 all I wanted 2 sauces. Ok no sauces no sale i ask for my money want and went to white castle.

This Burger King is way way way better than the one on us42. I went to the one on us42 and I waited 20 minutes I waited so long that I cancelled my order and left on us42 and went to the one in Walton and the guy was extremely well spoken and very very nice 10/16/24 around 830pm great experience thank you so much for doing things fast and right. The guy on us42 needs to learn from the guy in walton ky

Took 20 mins in drive thru for 1 car in front of me. Ordered my food after waiting 7 minutes at the speaker. Got to the window 15 mins later. Guy had an attitude. I'm assuming the manager, as he said he just had a bus full of kids come thru, and he only had 3 workers. I. And I see why with his attitude. Was given the wrong food!!!! Price was wrong... food was wrong... and then he tries to make it all better by saying he will give me coupons for the delay... but then just gives me food that isn't mine. Instead, Total joke of a restaurant. Wish corporate would read these and actually respond to them. If I could give zero stars I would.

My go to meal is the classic chicken sandwich with cheese and add onions, fries and a large Diet Coke. Awesome for the price. She can't beat it quick, simple and easy. Enjoy.
I am not someone keen on eating fast food but, just like all other people I like to have a cheat day. My friend recommended this Burger King to me a while back and I have procrastinated on eating here. Let me tell you, I’m glad I did! This store is clean, like really clean! Being such a small team, they pack one helluva punch! The service was wonderful, they made me feel like I was worth having as a customer, the food was fresh and worth the wait! Don’t knack on this store when they’re slow, you need to look back there and see there’s 3 of them and a lot of customers. Be patient and understand that not everyone can do the job of five people at one time.
Overall, to the Richwood BK team, you rule! You guys are absolutely amazing and don’t let anyone tell you different!
From the other reviews kinda unsure coming but glad I did. Tried the fiery bacon whopper had all the topping and they dint put crazy amount of sauce. Also had the fiery mozzarella, very tasty. Plus the sprite was great would definitely come again.

Stopped here on our road trip down from OH to TX to get some lunch. This place takes forever to assist and get you your food!!!!! We thought we’d get our food quick since it was just us two and one small family ahead of us, NOPE….its been 35 minutes now and we are still waiting for our food ?. There are now 20 people inside the restaurant, a huge line of vehicles at the drive thru and DoorDash folks waiting for order pick up!!!! OMGoodness!!! How do they ONLY have two people working at a huge busy stop like this!!! Don’t open the restaurant if you can’t staff it!!!!! ? Update: 40 minutes later, we just went up to get our sandwiches…even that was a wait!!! And half the folks waiting for their food just left.
