Ordered a whopper with no pickles and 4 sides of zesty. Got a whopper with pickles and no zesty. Went up to the counter and asked for the 4 zesty and got 4 maple syrup packets.

Traveling and decided burger king sounded good. Ordered an original chicken sandwich with extra mayo And a whopper with cheese. There was one car in front of us. We waited ten minutes when we pull out the fries were lukewarm and the chicken sandwich had no mayo and cold cheese on it. The whopper was lukewarm and the cheese was not melted at all.

The GM was incredibly rude and got an attitude when I asked her how many marinara came with a 12 piece mozzarella stick. Toxic environment for the workers. That GM has no business running a restaurant

It’s such a shame because Burger is so good when it’s fresh but it never is at this location unless you ask. I can’t even count on one hand how many times I’ve received chicken sandwiches or chicken fries that were hard, old and inedible. On top of that, they’re also so rude for no reason??? It’s like everybody there is just miserable. I hope it’s not always like this because it’s major vibe kill and a waste of money.
