I believe that one of the best steaks I've ever had. The onion rings were fantastic. We also got fried pickles. A shame we couldn't finish them all.

It is a big no for me came with a small group of 8 server very overwhelmed spilled glass of sweet tea on my 3 year old grandson while the cup hit the floor manager no place to be seen or found , server had tears in her eyes telling us we was double sat in her section I had to find manager and demand he help his over whelmed server, As a server / bartender myself and and family of a bar & grill owner I was in shock at how the manager does not help out his servers when busy or check on customers , Place is ran very poorly ,customer service is terrible , food is ok ,will not suggest this place for a relaxing dinner with family, Not to mention since we had 4 kids with us we tried to order our foods at the same time as our drink order was being taken server very rude said , No I am only taking drink orders I am too busy to take whole order now , ..
Felt bad my family had such a terrible evening since I was the one who picked this horrid place ...

Food was okay. Came with a group and was told we could be seated immediately outside. While that sounded good, it was cool and windy. Not the best experience.

Amazing food and service. You could literally cut the steaks with a fork, and no knife. Our server was attentive and helpful. It was pretty loud, but still able to visit without too much difficulty.

We expected this place to be on par with Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn, Outback, etc. Didn't expect anything fancy. It was more expensive and much worse. The mac and cheese was barely edible. Filet was undercooked and chewy. Apps were something I could have bought from the frozen aisle at Kroger. Worst dinner we have had in a long time, and certainly not worth what we paid.

Our waiter Diego was fantastic. We have never been there, so we had questions and he was a gem and answered them all. Now for the food. When we read hand battered chicken fried steak, we expect it to be hand battered in their kitchen not from a sysco truck. It might have been sold to them as hand battered but it looked very much like a frozen country fried steak. I also believe they fried it with fish or the same grease as fish as it had a very fishy taste to it. The salad bar was nice. I doubt we will be back, not because of the service but the food.

The steak was perfect. Real red skin mashed potatoes. Cheese fries were good. Kayla did a great job as our server.

It definitely did not live up to the hype about their food. We each ordered a different steak. All were chewy and lacked flavor. The atmosphere is nice like a Ruby Tuesday feel, with the buffet style salad bar. We all decided we won’t go back. The cost was well over $125. Our server was new we believe because she didn’t ask us if we wanted toppings on our steaks, not sure of things.

This was not my 1st time there. EVERY TIME before was Good. This time my husband's mashed potatoes were super dry and the rolls were disgusting. Which breaks my heart. They were so dense and cornbread textured-gritty.
When we asked the waitress she said that's what they serve when they run out of the other ones she are waiting for more to get done in the oven. 🤔 Either way very disappointing. Plus our buyer is never mixed all the way. It's like they stick plain butter in the cup and cover it with the cinnamon butter.
