Dinning room floors are so filthy, my shoes are getting stuck on the floor. Floors need a good scrubbing with 50 Gallons of 409.

Food was great, but my burger was supposed to have bacon and it didn't, and when tried calling them about nobody would answer the phone

they didn't allow me and didn't ask if I could sit at the table, or if I wanted the order to go or here. When I asked if I could sit at the table they said no, you wait for the order here.. After that I asked why such an attitude they answered you can sit here.

Food was better than I expected. My gal and I sat down and the service by Lita was exceptional. She was friendly, smiled and she was fast. My gal was a waitress for years and mentioned how great Lita was performing as our waitress, and how attentive she was. She was awesome and really stood out to us. I had a Grand Slam breakfast. My gal had Bourbon Chicken. All good was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean.
Before we sat down I went into the men's room to wash my hands. A sign stated employees must wash hands. I waited 10 minutes, but no employee washed my hands, so I did it myself. Kind of a weird thing, but I really don't mind doing it myself. 😁.
My 1st time eating here. It won't be my last.

I had steak and eggs, steak over cooked hard and dry , toast not buttered properly hash browns hard dry over cooked ,the only thing that was decent was the eggs worse food I've had in a long time

Worst service and food I have ever had. It took over an hour for our food to come out and when it did it was cold and awful. Being a truck stop you would think that they would understand that people just want to eat and get back on the road. I'm almost 70 and this is the first time I have left a restaurant without leaving a tip. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is the first time I have ordered from here (online for pick up) and it was great!! My food was ready when I arrived, I only had to wait about 45 seconds for someone to check in with me when I walked in and the woman who helped me was very nice. Our food was still warm when i got home and it was delicious!! Thank you!!

PS: I will never be back to ihop. Sloppy food, extremely poor costume service and always a long wait. No matter the time of day/night or how busy they aren't. I'm just so happy to have found a good quality replacement for our breakfast cravings!

Trust me, skip it. And for the love of everything, someone needs to FIRE Betty. The food is cold, if they don’t feel like making your order they just make you sit for hours and ignore you and then refuse to refund your money.

I'm responding at your request, I left you a one star rating. I did not provide details in the review initially as it was so bad, we were at a loss for words.
Starting with the service there was no one in there, but it took longer than it seemed like it should. I believe there was only one server, which is not the servers fault, but Denny's for being understaffed. The biggest issue however was the appearance and taste of the food. The bacon looked terrible, wilted and small... the hash browns were a mix between mushy and burnt.... we actually stopped eating it and went into the neighboring truck stop to get a piece of pizza instead.
