I ask for less ice every time I order. I wish there was a no ice option. But they always fill the ice up to the ice line. This is after I’ve finished and it’s melted a bit but they did fill it to the ice line. And you can clearly see it says less ice on the cup.

My husband and I grabbed a couple donuts and coffee here the other day. It was later in the afternoon. I'm assuming that's why the donuts were hard and nasty. I took a bite and threw mine out. The coffee was good though. And the employee was nice. The store was clean.

I go to this Dunkin everyday and they are absolutely amazing! All the crew members are nice and very well trained. All of the managers ( especially managers Brianna and Delaney ) are always on the floor ready to help!

What a great establishment! Super friendly staff greeting me with a smile. Dining room was super clean for me and my family. Bathrooms are very well up-kept. Staff is always super fast and I get my hot coffee fast! Delicious every-time! Donuts are always fresh, always looking forward to my next visit!

I visited this DD on Sun, 11/26/25 abt 3:30pm. My drink was prepared fine here but the coffee cake muffin given to me was dried out nd hard. It probably was out from early that morning. On the plus side, there was an issue with my reward points being applied for to my drink. However, when I asked for Mgr assistance, Kennedy was supportive and resolved the issue satisfactory.

Super clean, friendly staff, well stocked and staffed. We walked in because the drive thru was backed up but they seem to be a really well oiled machine. They got the line down without any hassle and seemed to do so with no problems all while maintaining a calm demeanor and taking care of the guests coming in the front door and the pick up orders. I purchased one of the new fraps they have, I believe it was a cookie dough… it was delicious 🤤 the donuts I ordered for my son even though it was between breakfast and lunch time, were still very fresh and I appreciate that sooo much! We like to stop in every now and randomly as a treat. He can’t have ice cream so donuts are his substitute. Thank you for making this a good experience! You guys rocked it out!! Nice to see that these days. It seems to be getting fewer and farther between to find great places like this.

I ordered a Drunkalatte with normal ice medium size and all I got was a drink with more ice till the top and much less drink and it’s like I am paying $4.84 for just ice. When I asked about the same, they said it’s the portion etc etc. And the person was rude while asking questions. Hope Dunkin will improve their standards in quantity of beveragesz

I ordered a large but got given a medium. Told worker I ordered medium. They said well I charged for a large I said well I still ordered a medium. They didn’t remake it all they did was dump the medium already made into a large cup and just added sparkling water. It was nasty. They should’ve remade the drink instead of being lazy and just dumping the medium in large cup and adding sparkling water and watered it down.
Got a dozen different variety the jelly filled and custard were dry, there was more dough than anything barely anything in the donuts

What a joke! You would think that they would sell donuts!!!! What happened to all the choices from back in the day? sugared, bear claw, apple fritter, maple and chocolate bars chocolate with sprinkles?? All we saw were coffees and a few nasty donuts.
