How hard is it to be consistent across the chain of Dunkin stores? The donuts are never the same...not that they aren't good, just different. They need to hold the help accountable for their attitudes.

Showed up 25 minutes after they opened and the doors were still locked. I’m on a motorcycle so the drive thru isn’t the best option for me, employees inside just staring at me like I’m stupid. I checked the website and there’s nothing saying the lobby hours vary from the drive thru, highly disappointed

Waited on a mobile order for 30mins because they were running so far behind. The manager brought me my food and didn’t say a single thing after his (very young) employee mentioned I had been waiting for too long. The food was greasy and undercooked. The young barista asked three people to make my coffee order before finally just making it herself. She did her best, but my large coffee was at least two inches from being filled to the top. Numerous people came in after me and left before me. I understand being busy, but this was an oversight and hasn’t only happened once.

Terrible experience. Went through the drive thru. We werent done ordering before they pushed us through. Once we got to the window and added what we wanted to add the girl at the window made a snarky remark to her friend about us adding to the order. They handed me my coffee which i got light ice soley because i just dont like ice very much, the coffee wasnt even filled all the way. When brought to there attention the lady at the window stated that the milk is pre measured and they cant do anything abt that. I have never had an issue at any other dunkin. Highly recommend to not go to that location.

They need to change their name to rock hard Donuts or something or just start serving coffee only but they need to quit overdoing it with their milk.

I have utilized many a Dunkin donuts restroom. On every occasion the bathroom was impeccably clean. They also have some of the best deals out of any chain coffee shop. They taste was better then Starbucks-- the drinks and food not their toilets
