Our food came out Hot. Extremely hot both heat wise and spicy. Our food was burnt on the bottom. When we addressed it with the waiters it was dismissed.

This has been a favorite place to go for a long time. But the last three times it just keeps dwindling. Service is getting worse. The food is still good, (there are better places) but service is very important and our most recent visit was enough that we probably won't go back.

The waiter was confused when I asked for horchata and pointed it out on the menu and he told me they don't have that.
The enchiladas weren't baked.
Would not recommend the womens bathrooms, the toilet paper isn't even perforated.
Vegetarian options: Decent sized vegetarian menu. I got the vegetarian D meal, i enjoyed the tostaguac but my cheese enchilada was unpleasant.
Dietary restrictions: Would not recommend if you have allergies or intolerances, our waiter didn't even know what gluten was

This place is a must have! The food was delicious, served right away and taste fresh, the waitress so so attentive and the price is worth the portions. Will be back again!
Horrible. I had high hopes until an order got botched. No problem, (I thought) - until I ran into an argumentative front end cashier/manager, who wanted to argue that what I ordered (and even went over it with him and had chosen from his suggestion of what was online from the menu) - he gets the order wrong (and it's ok - it happens). After getting back into the car to bring the order back, he became angry and proceeded to circumvent his one sided conversation, telling me that I should have stated this in the first place. Amazing that he just couldn't admit his mistake, which is where he lost me. Which one is it? That you DON'T serve what is advertised on your menu, or that YOU were the one who got it WRONG? At any rate, we won't be ordering from this location again and have put in a call to district, to let them know that even though the food is decent, some of the owners/management is not. Too bad for both of us because a good mexican restaurant goes a long way with us, and the restaurant gets a financial investment from us - not this one.

Called ahead for a bday party of 10. I arrived 5 mins early and they had the table ready. The rest of my party arrived on time. We were served chips. I 10 mins later I had to asked for menus and ask if we could get drinks. 10 mins later no menu and no drinks. By far the worst service. The workers were walking right by us. I had to ask multiple times. The table behind us that got there after us ordered and got their food before we got drinks. They were kind enough to give us their menus.
By the time we were getting up to leave someone came to get our drink order. This was a total disappoint. Especially since I had called ahead to celebrate a 50th birthday with family. Took us an hour to get our food.
