Dining room closed, we found out after we ran through the pouring rain to get to the door!
This place is literally not even a restaurant.

Poor service and food and for the love of God open your dining room hire more people. The pandemic is far over with by now. Maybe this location would make more money. I won't be back to this one.

Was the only car in line at the entire establishment. Waited 25 minutes just to receive the wrong food. The “coke” they sell tastes off as well. Just doesn’t make sense why such a slow business doesn’t have good quality given how much downtime they have.

Gold Star is one of my favorite places to eat. Although it's a little overpriced, I look forward to my meal. The staff is so sweet and efficient, I never have to wait long.

Walked over from the truck stop next door at 12:30 in the afternoon to be greeted by a locked door with a hand written sign "Drive thru only". Even if I could bring my truck through the drive thru chili anything isn't for eating in a vehicle. I'm sure Penn Station appreciates the decision to close the dining room. They're getting all your business. Who still closes their dining room in the middle of the day? Especially being next door to a TRUCK STOP! Poorly managed.

You say you take pride? Heck you can't even do the upkeep of your grass outside or open the inside for dining.... Get it in gear and quit taking lessons from your neighbor on customer service. By pass this location until it shuts down forever.....

This is the bestplace to go I loved gold star since a child and I found one across from the truck stop. And the women on first shift a cool. But drive thru is the only thing open at this point and time.
Parking: It's a nice size parking lot but if you drive a tractor trail park at the pilot right across the street.

I normally go to Mt. Zion Gold Star and now I know why!!! I ordered two cookies and cream shakes which are almost 5 dollars a piece. The shakes had barely any cookies in it and it was completely milk. It resembled coffee creamer. We had a crying toddler or else we would have gone back to have them remake it. I called to speak to the manager about it and was treated rudely by them. If you are craving Gold Star, I highly recommend going one exit up to the better managed one and the one with the better quality food at Mt. Zion.
