This restaurant reminds me of a country song…..we’re from the country and we like it that way…..they have the best home cooked meals along with the best shakes around….can’t go wrong with eating here you will definitely get your money’s worth and then some.

I come here to hang out with friends. It's one of the few places left for teens to hang out. The shakes are amazing. The ice cream is the best I've ever had. The burgers are second only to the ones grampa makes! Can take a little while to get your order, though. It's always worth it

Nice, clean, quiet Mom & Pop restaurant. Hubby had pancakes (5 stars). I had the open-faced roast beef, mashed potatoes & mac-n- cheese. All the food was great, but the mac-n-cheese was to die for. I can't comment on their shakes, as we were too full, but if they're anything like the food... I'd say give them a try.

We visited Walton on a weekend trip to visit the Ark and Creation museums. This little cafe was within walking distance of our Airbnb. We arrived into town the first night and we were very tired and hungry. We decided to give this place a try and our waitress was so sweet and treated us right. The food was so good we went back to breakfast the following morning.... and again the next morning. 😂 We really enjoyed it!

Attempted to dine in at the bar on 10/27 for breakfast. Order a coffee black, water, chocolate milk, 1 pancake, 2 sausage patties, a goetta omelette, and an order of biscuits and gravy. The crowd inside was moderate so I wasn’t minding the wait til it hit 30 mins. People after us had come and gone while my son and I waited on our food. I asked the server if the wait would be too much longer and she said, “no, about 5 mins” I said that’s fine. About 5 mins later (35 mins total) she tells us that they ran out of gravy and it would be an additional 10 mins or so. So I just canceled the biscuits and gravy, assuming that the rest of our food would be out in just a few minutes as she stated. We waited another 10 mins and I was watching the female owner worry about door dash orders over the orders of inside customers. We cancelled our order and left. I would t have been this upset had they just said something sooner instead of wasting an hour of my Sunday morning before I had to go into work. Our server was really nice and comped our drinks for us and she was the only positive light on the experience. I would not recommend this place if you are in a hurry or expect your food to be fresh because I watched them let food sit on the counter for 10+ mins then throw it in the microwave. This isn’t the first time my wait for service has been abnormally long here.
