The Terre Haute kfc on Layfeyette Avenue is a joke, I noticed they forgot my fries and mac and cheese and my ranch when my order arrived, and the doordash lady told me they were out of original so i had to get extra crispy which isn't as good, and they gave me a mtn dew sweet lighting instead of the regular, how pathetic at least popeyes knows how to get the order right!

ordered an 8 piece bucket meal. didn't have any chicken breast in it had 3 legs 3 wings and 2 thighs for the cost its crazy they would leave out the 2 breast that it normally comes with and sub it with a leg and a wing.

£5 for a kids meal. Absolute joke. A box of popcorn chicken no bigger than the palm of my hand that contained 8 mini pieces of popcorn chicken. I've seen matchstick boxes bigger than this. 2 slimy pineapple sticks and a bottle of water. What a rip off!

We came into the Dallas GA location excited to try the new Dunkin Bucket. They didn’t have any, the truck is due in tomorrow. So we decided to do a chicken sandwich with fries and unsweetened tea. The tea was made yesterday, was no longer good and no one has made any today. The staff was friendly and apologetic.
Chick-Fil-A ended up being a wise choice for lunch.

Literally ripped me off 30 dollar meal deal. I ordered 2 online arrived at store to be told they ''didn't have chicken" at 830PM. What kind of chicken place doesn't have chicken then decides to just steal from customers? KFC this is 2 times in 3 months. Won't be back. Ever. Communicated the issue and never heard from them again.

WORST service EVER.
I was ignored at the drive up window. I backed out from the drive through and went inside where they ignored me again. When they finally acknowledged me I was told I would have to wait almost 30 minutes for their system to pull up. Why didn’t they get that done before opening? I know for a fact that employees were at the store for over 30 minutes before they opened.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went to order a family deal with 6 pieces of chicken and 8 nuggets. I was told they don't have that. it was clearly on the app. so I end up ordering it separately but I ordered the taste of KFC 6 piece and was told I was not allowed to change out any individual size. All it states on the menu is that it comes with four individual sides. but in the app you can pick your sides. the registers can do the same but nope you don't let the employees do that and force someone that could be allergic to cheese take a Mac& cheese. it's a lawsuit waiting to happen! kfc used to be great but this is not ok in the least!

Ordered a 6 pc bucket for $20, came with 4 individual sides, 4 biscuits. It was good, fresh cooked chicken still somewhat crispy after 10 min ride home. Pieces were small, particularly legs (as per photo) and wings.The location, TA truck stop, is somewhat of a mess getting in as there are 2 lanes going in but actually only 1 turning lane into store, stay in right lane. Tonight, appx 6:45 pm, it was extremely busy and difficult to get in lot and store.
Parking: Getting into the lot is somewhat difficult, especially when busy, only 1 turn in and 1 out.
