I find it outrageous that you feel it is ok to charge inflated prices on food when an order is to be delivered instead of collected. People pay the fee to have it delivered !! Bloody piss takers 🤬😡

Just used Loughborough drive thru for 3 meals costing £35. My son found multiple hairs in his stranger things burger. Very disappointed and put everyone off their meal. Tried to complain on the website 3 times and waited for a care agent to be thrown out of the queue. So disappointed and £35 down😔

absolutely terrible service offered by KFC. I have a complaint about my order, there is no way for me to complain, the website says there should be a number on the completed order screen, there isn't. tried to complain on line, the receipt doesn't have the info it's requesting. the issue is with the food itself, not the delivery but the only contact info it will give me is for the delivery company. is preventing people from being able to complain the only way KFC can look good?

Soooo.... I dont really leave reviews and I was at TA and noticed KFC. Food came quick but while on the road I was about to eat my food and when I opened the box it was beyond questionable.
Not going to eat this as I have a long drive and the food looks like it was decomposed or something. Never seen food like this and honestly even chicken in the fridge for a week doesn't look like this so yeah totally passing on the $12 out of $15. The drink I can trust

This chicken is the worst i have i had i only took two bites then i gave the food back i didn't even ask for refund .walked out . And iam a fry cook for twenty years in a chicken place .oh ya and this will be the lst time to visit kfc.

This KFC charges more than other locations do. A LOT more. Add that to the truck traffic wait to get in and out and your better off driving a little further to any other KFC location for price and convenience.
