I come here often. It's no 5 star restaurant and the staff can be a little grumpy if it's late, but anyone who comes to any fast food chain expecting incredible service is probably delusional. Food is decent, quarter pounders have a wait when it's nighttime but otherwise they're usually pretty fast. Dining area and bathrooms are usually clean. Overall an OK restaurant.

Worst McDonald’s in the tri-state area. Their coffee machine has been down for days, but there’s no sign telling you that when you go through the drive-through. So you have to sit in the drive-through for 15 minutes until you find out when it’s time to place your order that they can’t make your coffee. This happened earlier this week, so I tried to call the store to see if their coffee machines were working, but no one answers the phone. I called several times and it just goes to voicemail. Terrible business, terrible Management, terrible Store.

Unfriendly staff, waited 5 mins before anyone took our order, then she appeared annoyed that we were there. Dirty tables, smelled, and food tasted old - edges of burger were hard like they were old and reheated, no salt on fries. I will never go to McD again. 2 bad experiences at 2 different locations is enough for me. Never again

Asked to have fish fresh cooked. The worker refused. The fish and fries we received were barely warm.
One of the less nice McDonalds I've visited. I work nearby and have been here several times. It's always a long wait for food, they often screw up your order, and the sandwiches are always sloppily assembled. Last time my fries were cold and soggy.
