at this point McDonalds should just get rid of the drive thru. Its ridiculous that you go through the drive thru line just to be asked to get in another line to wait for your food.

So when to this McDonald's on my lunch break I had got a large iced vanilla coffee i didn't see this little aluminum package in the bottom of my drink till I was done. But there is no way they didn't know.They dropped it in my drink, and they still gave it to me.Had I seen this before finishing it i would have demanded that had made me a new one.I am highly disappointed in this location.It wasn't even like they were very busy for this to have happened

My quarter pounder was not at all what I ordered. I asked for lettuce tomatoes and mayo only. They gave me it with picked onions bacon mustard and ketchup. I am traveling to TN from Ohio. We were on the rode. Couldn't go back

Some of the kindest staff members I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I can't remember the last time I saw fast food staff with genuine smiles. I felt happy just to be in that McDonald's.
I tried to get the attention of the manager to leave a compliment, but I ran out of time. I'm pretty sure her name was Amber. Whatever they're paying her, it's not enough. Great food and atmosphere.

Order was wrong. She said there is nothing they can do about it. We even have the receipt. When we called to speak to a manager, she said hang on, changed her voice then pretended to be the manger. She accidentally slipped up which is how we know. They are incredibly rude and disrespectful people working there at night. We wasn’t even mad about the wrong order, just wanted what we ordered. They forever lost some customers here and i will Make a post on Mc donalds facebook.

I don’t normally care if my order is messed up. I just take off what I don’t like. But I ask for a little extra breakfast sauce (when ordering not at the window) and the lady handed me the food and when I told her it felt heavy for just a bagel sandwich, she huffed and said yea probably because he loaded it up with sauce.. I thought she was just making a joke. NOPE… not only did the cook add so much sauce that the outside and in side of the wrapper was covered in sauce they put someone else sandwich in there. (Which cool free sandwich) but I don’t like sausage so still can’t eat it.. just thought it was a bit excessive for a Friday morning.
Update: I raised it to a 3 star. They were quick to call and apologize and try to fix the problem. The manager was great and friendly

Awful! Fries were not cooked. Fish was cold. Chicken nuggets tasted like they had sat out for 3 days then heated back up in microwave. So bad, my body rejected it.

I'd have to say is there a McDonald's out there that ever gets an order correct? This one for sure struggles with it badly! I do believe i won't return to McDonald's at any point in time. For the price and hassle. I think I'll just spend my money elsewhere from now on. This store was the final straw!
