The lady in y'all's drive through this morning, is one of the nicest ladies I have met in customer service. She's always so sweet and has the perfect tone. I come to this location anytime because I know I will get treated right

I ordered a crispy chicken on the app accidentally ordered it without the chicken my fault . My husband took it back up and realized I messed up, but I did pay 4 something for a bun and 4 pickles the manager didn’t even offer to give him a crispy chicken. And I did pay the full price. We order from there almost 4 or 5 times a week buying caramel frappes for my mother in law, and buying food for us. What happened to good customer service. They could have at least offered a piece of their crispy chicken to go on my $4 bun with 4 pickles!

Thought I would swing by and grab a biscuit. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting for them to take the guys order in front of me. Then the counter person goes to the back to help fill orders, while leaving me standing at the counter. Just left! Nobody in the drive thru, and only about 5 people eating in the lobby. Don’t advise going during lunch rush.

So glad they did away with the robot that took your order the auto robot messed up everything every time that stuff is junk and takes what workers you have left jobs.
