Coffee i got tastes fine, was a little more on the white side but it's made correctly. The strawberry creme pie I got though was cold. It was 5:39 am when I received my order. Tell me how your pies are already cold at this time.

Don’t go to this location unless you want to be accused of attempting to steal. My father used the mobile app to place an order. Once we got to the restaurant, they tried to say we didn’t order anything, even though we had the order on the app and the money had already come out of his account. Then they started accusing him of trying to steal. The employee raised her voice and was extremely hostile. We ended up leaving without any food. Very discriminatory…

I normally go to this McDonalds for a quick lunch or dinner when needed. Through my last few visits, especially over the past week- customer service has significantly declined along with the food. The female employee who took my order comes off very rude and annoyed. I was then asked to pull around once I got to the second window. There was no hello, just pull around. I pulled around and the employee who brought my food basically shoved the bags into my hands, walked away then proceeded to talk to what appeared to be teenage friends walking out of the restaurant immediately. There was no hello nor have a good day. I was missing 1 item and then found I had a burger that I did not order. My food was not fresh. My wraps were tough. Definitely will not be returning.

So I had come here a few days ago and ordered 2 double hamburgers plain and got 2 double cheeseburgers. Well today I order on the app and order one double hamburger plain and I get another double cheeseburger so I go back through and tell them that I was supposed to get a double hamburger plain and when I get home and open it, it’s a single hamburger with pickles, mustard, and ketchup. Not sure why it’s hard to follow what’s on the order but it doesn’t make sense how it happens 3 times in a row.

I was just with my church group and we had a person with us that was black and the night shift manager said something that was towards him and it was racist the thing that she said was that this place was not a jungle gyms and that sounds so racist that I think she should be fired for it. And also she said that she would get my church group banned

I come to this Mcdonald’s at least once a week, but after today, I will not be back. Attached is a picture in front of the window at 10:28, still waiting. I got in line at 10:22 for breakfast with only two cars ahead of me on either side, sat in front of the window for 8 minutes and watched three cars go on the other side. 10:33 the drive thru person finally gets to me and tells me they are out of breakfast. I said I’ve been sitting in front of the speaker since 10:25 and I would like to order breakfast. She goes silent and just sits there. I said, hello? She said “would you like to order lunch?” I said “no, I would like to order breakfast. I’ve been sitting here since before the cut off time and you skipped me several times.” She didn’t respond, sat there for like twenty seconds, and said, “well we are out of everything, would you like to order lunch?” I said, “No. How are you out of things in 3 minutes? I would like to order mcgriddles and biscuits.” She just straight up didn’t respond for another twenty seconds, laughed with someone in the background and said, “Would you like to order lunch?” so I just drove off.

I can't really speak to the atmosphere as I use the drive-thru on my most recent visit and haven't been inside this location in quite some time. But the staff working the drive-thru were both poite and upbeat which is always a plus as well as much appreciated! And the service was quite quick even for a fast food restaurant which is also appreciated! And I just want to add that their frappes had just the right amount of caramel to coffee ratio and that's hard to find bc it seems most can't get It quite right or they're not consistent.

This McDonalds is terrible. Service subpar. I worked at McDonald’s in the 80’s and it has went downhill over the years. This particular one had no paper receipts in any of the kiosks. They then were calling order numbers and none of us had numbers because no paper. I ordered just a double cheese quarter with bacon and light slivered onions. I got 10 minutes later an upside down burger with condiments on the bottom and no cheese at all. Go back to paying minimum wage for these kids running these cause that’s all they deserve or train them how to run them like the way McDonald’s use to be. Luckily, I already left before opening or I would have walked in and threw the sandwich at them and walked out.
