The lunch crew were great! They greeted us with smiles when we came in. The sandwiches were delicious as always and you can't beat there fries!

They apparently close early even thought the lights were on, plenty of staff, and door unlocked. Won’t come back.

Just ordered and picked up a Reubin 4/21/25. All the corned beef was nothing but gristle.whole sandwich was totally inedible and threw out the whole thing. Boone County food inspection ought to check this place out.

The most filthy restaurant I ever walked into. Trash overflowing everywhere I looked. The floor slick like it had a layer of oil on it. Do not recommend.

Had a carry out order, for some reason the printer never printed order. I had to repeat the order to the order taker and they made everything fresh for my family. No worries about it being finished early and cold by the time I could get it home.

The store was clean and the staff was as friendly as they ought to be. The sandwich was sloppy with dressing and didn't have much meat. The fries were terrible. I saw the guy take them out of the fryer, and they were hot, but they were also limp and so greasy they dripped. I threw them away. The unsweetened tea was very good. Two Dagwoods, two fries, and two drinks was $37. I would give them a 2 star review but I'm guessing those fries were their signature style and were supposed to be like that. For $37 I expect much better food.

Tried calling in an order only to realize they couldnt hear me, i assume because they turned the volume off on the phone to avoid call in orders, when i tried to explain the situation to the manager he cut me off and told me to order, then interupted my order to call me rude and say i should adress complaints privately and not yell. i was not yelling, i was not rude. the gm however was very rude, hostile and even got in my face when he did.

What is compelling my review is something that most overlook - general presentation and cleanliness. This location beside serving a great Cheessteak this evening, was remarkably clean. Like clean you wouldn’t expect from a fast food business. I gave the location a 4 star for atmosphere but the atmosphere is under little of their control given other businesses in their proximity. The business inside itself is fine, but super clean and it shows!

The greatest bread of any restaurant - even those with table cloths. Good service, but you don't go for the atmosphere. Bathrooms are spacious and clean - best in the fast food industry

18.00 for a single club sandwich and a tea. I’ll never go to there again. Completely ripped off. They don’t have the price in the menu, obviously because the prices are too high. Stay away is my advice.

We stopped to eat here while visiting the area. I wanted a good, fresh cheesecake sub. That is exactly what I got. The store was very clean and they made our subs quickly. Subs and fries were hot when brought out. Manager checked and made sure our food was prepared how we wanted. If you want a cheesecake sub, stop here!
