I’ve called 35x over a 2 day period over a Horribly messed up order. You delivered it 15 minutes afte before closing so the rude children working there refused to fix it that night. She finally said call The next day she would fix it. 2 days now calling. No answer. Call center sends me to the store. Store don’t answer. Repeat.
Absolutely bs. Lost my business.
Most rudest workers I've ever met. I asked the girl that rang me up why the price had gone up since last week. She couldn't answer and said it wasn't them that set the prices. I said I would like to ask a mgr if they know. She said they're wasn't one. Then a younger boy came up and started telling me it's because of the supplier's and I said so you all just changed supplier's since last week?
