My mother bought a beast pizza and it was missing the topping. Then when I called they wanted to take the pizza back, my family had already grabbed pieces. So they then decided if we wanted the pepperoni that they would be willing to charge us again for jr. Beast for a mistake they made.

I wish I would have paid more attention to the reviews. 1.5 hour delivery on a 30 minute promise.. microwaved boneless chicken wings that sat in the humid weather and Luke-cold pizza on crust that held a flimsy microwave authenticness; soggy and missing any kind of crisp. I honestly don't think they care either.

Wow I love how it took 2 hours to get 2 hoagies and I live 5 minutes away . Maybe I should’ve just walked in and made them myself , my bad I didn’t know it took that long too make Hoagies. Next time I’ll just do a pickup order if there is a next time.

My family will not eat at this place again. The staff are rude. My husband made a complaint about one pizza in our order being burnt and then heard the staff in the kitchen making rude comments while he was waiting for the pizza to be remade. The staff had a young boy and lady in the back kitchen area who does not even work there. A young child shouldn't even be back in a kitchen area at a place of employment. I know I personally don't like random people hanging out in kitchen areas where my food is being made when they don't even work there. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. I do think that is a health department violation. Please look into hiring staff members who don't curse at customers or talk about them. The pizza was burnt again and they stated that's just the way it is. My husband wanted a refund and cash could not even be refunded until 3 days later. They stated they couldn't open the cash register to refund, although he paid with cash. I definitely would not reccomend eating here.
