I went to the Walton Starbucks this afternoon 5/31 and the girl working the drive thru was amazing and very helpful!! I was having one of those days, and instead of being impatient with me, or rude she was beyond friendly!! It made my day! I love the Walton Starbucks the staff there is always amazing!!! My items are always perfect and the service is always fast!!!❤️❤️

The service is absolutely horrible. Everytimw I have came they have you sit and sit even though no one is there. Last time I can the girl took my order wrong so at the women I asked her what’s she had and let her know it was wrong and she still handed me the wrong order so had to wait again in line and still got wrong order. Won’t go back here

They got my drink and two other drinks in the order wrong. Milk tasted spoiled. I got a white mocha iced with brown sugar in it and it had now white mocha and no brown sugar the coffee tasted burnt and had like a pump of classic in it. The other two drinks milk tasted spoiled as well and someone got a completely different drink then what they ordered.
