I ordered a venti ice vanilla latte and sweet cream cold foam. They always forget my cold foam. Don’t even bother asking it for it unless you wanna throw your money out. I even bothered to tip. And this is why I DONT TIP star bucks. Wasted about 5 dollars I threw drink out cause it tasted like dirt as well. I understand working in a fast food paced restaurant. But I’d rather yall get it right and take a long time then making me have to come through the line

I got two different lattes and they both tasted awful. I can drink black coffee just fine, but there has to be something wrong with their espresso machine bc the coffee tasted so burnt and gross I couldn't finish my drink and my husband's was barely better. Hate that I wasted my money and couldn't even force myself to chug it before work for the caffeine 🤢

The people that work here are always so nice. Even when they’re busy they give great customer service which honestly really impacts people’s mood especially if that’s the way they’re starting their day. Might seem small but they’re making a difference. With so much hate in the world, it’s nice to see people being kind. Especially to strangers. They gave my little girl a free cake pop because I forgot to add it on when I ordered and they did it with a smile. Hope someone who cares gives them some praise because these ladies deserve it. 🩷 btw my drink was a chai frappe with extra base extra chai and double blended and they always make it perfect ✨

just waited 30 minutes for a pink drink.... called 3 times to complain but nobody answered (with hardly anyone in line....) here's a word of advice for the current manager on duty, put out the drinks in the order that they were received. i probably won't be back here considering someone who showed up AFTER me received a frappe BEFORE me. which was just annoying considering i waited thirty minutes for a pink drink i placed purposely early so it would be done when i arrived. would rather have went into starbucks at kroger across the street if i was gonna be an additional 30 minutes could've got some groceries with it... damn. and the madeline's i got were expired....

I’m not sure I’ve ever left a review for a Starbucks but this one knocked it out of the park. We needed a caffeine break as we were traveling and Jess greeted us immediately and was nothing short of nice. The other employees were great too. All had genuine smiles. We got some fresh coffee, a cold brew, and Jess let us try a sample of the Nitro Cold Brew too. A+ all around! 👏👏👏

The manager of this store is a problem. The store experienced a gas leak, and rather than immediately shutting down the store, she pressured employees to keep the store open for hours, until the fire department shut it down with a propane leak. The stories coming out of this store in general are incredible, and include very graphic harassment that the manager took part in. The manager pressures people behind the scenes not to talk, so I would strongly recommend Starbucks corporate take a very careful look into what is going on here.
