The subway workers are very unhappy and slow. I ordered to add salt and pepper to my order, the worker told me that they only have salt. Their pepper is on the floor, should I put the pepper from the floor?? When I started to complain, the manager named Michael refused to serve me. I do not recommend ordering from this place!

Nathan at Subway made my sub sandwich exactly the way I asked and he took the time to fix it properly it only took a few extra seconds , rather than being in a hurry like a lot of subway employees a lot of subway employees are worried about how quickly and how fast I can make it and it’s a sloppy sandwich. Thanks Nathan. Keep up the good work.

No napkins and went looking for my receipt and the guy didn’t give it to me. Any other subway puts napkins and receipts in bag with sandwich.

This place is an absolute nightmare to get in and out of! I can't believe all the business around them haven't filed complaints to the city! Workers are awesome, truckers kill it by stopping up everything!!! They need to run it in reverse and make truckers circle the road to get diesel, and exit where they enter!!!

The sub was good. Anyone who's fond of Creamy Sriracha, they have it at this location. When I went to order my sub there was only one guy who was taking care of everything by himself. He was trying his best to get the orders quickly but they definitely need at least 2 people during lunch time. Otherwise it was good. Subway is inside pilot gas station.

Despicable Customer Service!! I was traveling from PA to TN and stopped to fill up @Pilot. After my receipt didn’t print at the pump I went inside for it. While waiting in line at counter I overheard the clerk ordering a sandwich from subway. It smelled great and I had been driving all day w/o eating so after I got my receipt I decided to walk over and place an order. However, with no greeting/ eye-contact/ or acknowledgment from the young man fixing the Pilot clerk’s sandwich, he quickly and impolitely uttered “we’re closed!” The time now is 8:54pm so I was immediately puzzled being that the store doesn’t close until 10pm. Without causing a scene I asked the young worker if he had a name tag or store number to provide me. “Why, so you can report us?”., was his response. I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews on anyone instead I try to seek out the good in everyone & every situation. However, HANDS DOWN, this was one of the worst experiences of POOR customer service I’ve ever had. I’d rather starve and veer off the road from hunger than to be served by that person ever again!!!!!

I wouldn’t know if the food is good or not bc this is the 2nd location I’ve stopped at that’s closed during hours of operation. Ever since Covid it’s like the food industry just made it normal to close or do door dash only. You can’t even stop somewhere on your lunch break to get some food. All that matters is the bottom dollar right?
