Horrible. Awful service. One of the older workers in there is so rude that he yelled at me last week for showing up a couple minutes early for my app-order, scolded me like a child. This week, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and they sold me this. I am eating bread with the tiniest bit of toppings. No cheese or anything that I ordered. We will not be back. I’ll also be calling corporate on Monday.

Friendly staff, well prepared sandwiches, clean facilities. They also had veggie patties which is great if you are looking for a filling vegetarian sandwich.

Terrible. RUDE WORKERS. Ordered the foot-long nachos, that were definitely not a foot-long and served in a black plastic bowl. By the way, chicken nachos are supposed to have chicken on them. Also, my sister ordered a ham and cheese sandwich, which is supposed to have ham on it. Perhaps focus less on how rude you can be to the people who come into your store and more on what they are actually ordering so maybe you could get it correct once in a while. Also, watched the delivery truck guy come inside complaining to you guys because no one is answering the phone or the back door so he cannot drop off his delivery, and both of the idiots working there responded rudely to him. I don’t know who these two dudes are, but they have no business working in a restaurant. SUBWAY FAIL ON EVERY LEVEL.

Not the normal subway! We were disappointed with their service - they claim coupons can’t be used with any chicken subs, and were stingy on the condiments. We’ve never had issues like this at other locations.
If possibly, I highly recommend finding another subway to purchase from!!!

Dirty, broken bathroom. Expensive (this is common to most subways and fast food in general, but you can find franchises with more reasonable pricing). I've never seen someone put more mayo on a sandwich! Make sure you ask for light if you want a normal amount.

Typical Subway. People that don’t speak English work here. There is usually one person that can speak it. Not overly friendly. But if you want a sub. It’s a good place to go.
Vegetarian options: It’s available. You can make your own veggie sandwich or order there’s.
The inside of the store smelled like feet if it wasn't for me running a bit behind on my way to work I would've gotten back into my car and went elsewhere. Person behind the counter was really rude. Got a blackforest ham sub asked for a small amount of mayonnaise and the person decided that meant extra. I am very displeased and will not be back to this specific location

horrible managementwe were treated rudely by the manger on our last visit, we ordered ahead online to pick up and when we got home the order was a total mess3 of the five sandwiches had been prepared wrong and the BLT was ice cold cheese not even melted.when we called back the manager was in the background yelling at the girl i was talking to and when he got on the phone right off the bat he started saying " I know you!! I know who you are buddy!! dont you come back here buddy or I call cops!!"

Stopped in with the wife to sit and have a bite to eat after choosing to do so at this particular Subway, by Kroger in Walton Ky. We had several other choices to chose from in this location to sit and eat. Just as we sat down with our order, both the young ladies started looking at us and doing some whispering back and forth and then the girl that took our order came out to the dining area from the back and told us we couldn't stay to eat our food because they needed to clean before they close. Thing is, it was only a few minutes after 8pm while she's telling us this, and they don't close until 930. So we leave the store and decide to eat our sandwiches in the truck. We notice 1 customer walk in right after us, then nothing. Both girls went to the back and disappeared for the rest of the time we were there. They weren't cleaning anything in or around the area we were about to sit and have a peaceful sandwiche in. Last time this place will get my money. To many other options, and other subways around to have to worry about rude, dishonest people.
