I got free coupons for Taco Bell and they try to say that it's one per car and it don't even say that on the coupon it says limit one coupon per person per visit and the lady wants to argue and cuss you out but if I go to Ohio they take the coupon and they told me I can use them per person per visit I will never go to Taco Bell in Kentucky every again there rude and disrespectful if I could they would get zero stars

Well ordered 25 dollars worth of food on Friday and it was wrong so called and they gave me a credit went on Monday to get my credit order was rite but they put water on my soft tacos the paper is soaked the tortilla is slimy can’t even get it out the wrapper I usually eat at this location but idk if you hate your job that much change your profession

Stood at counter for ten minutes. Never was able to order. One person taking drive thru. The drive thru was not that busy. Was not lined up, but took cars over anyone inside. There are too many restaurants around to have to deal with this.

The only reason I put 1 star is because I had to rate it to do this. I will not come back here. The food was cold we had to make 3 trips back to the counter because they made our food wrong, my large fry doesn’t even make a regular. Got a 5 layer burrito and it didn’t even have hardly anything in it. Had to cut most of the burrito shell away.
We stopped while traveling through yesterday for lunch. My whole car agreed, best taco bell experience! We special ordered a couple things and everything was perfect. The employees were very nice and happy. I will pin this location to stop at again.
