Everybody is so nice there when I go through the carryout. I always love coming to that restaurant. Yesterday I got a Mexican pizza and two of the new things the bowl and the chips. No drink. I had such a horrible taste in my mouth. It tasted like plastic. It coated my mouth. That’s the first time I ever got anything bad there. It was so horrible. It took about 45 minutes for it to go away, and I was worried that I was going to get sick from it. I don’t know if I wanna go back. I have never had a taste like that in my mouth. It wasn’t me. It was something I ate there. I Thought this little bowl was so cute and it’s just perfect if you want something but not a whole lot. I thought I’ll try it. The beans on the Mexican pizza were thick and dry. This was Feb 5th. I wonder if other people got that also.

Whoever you had working 12/29/2025 @ 12:21AM; they need to be recognized! Food was the best I’ve had from a Taco Bell in a very long time. Aleksasha was the Cashier, and was so nice. As a manager in a food establishment, I know how late/end of night orders can be. This is a great staff!

The filling in the queserita went like this: sour cream, nacho cheese, steak at the bottom and absolutely no rice at all what a waste of money. I ate one bite from the top and the next bite from the bottom to get the “meat” $30 for two people eating 5 menu items total with drinks. Absolute rip off especially when they can’t make the menu item correctly

Most useless Manager I have ever seen. Completely got my order incorrect and refused to do anything about it. Basically called me a liar when I told him they forgot to put Pico De Galo on 5 of the 6 tacos I ordered. Told me to take it up with Grubhub. Grubhubs delivery was fine. This Taco Bell made the food incorrect. Its a Taco Bell thing, not a Grubhub thing.

The younger people working there do not make it a pleasant experience to dine in. They where so loud and where acting like they didn’t know coustomers where in there. If I acted like that at my job my manager would correct it. Even if they where on break the behavior was not called for. They clearly are not responsible enough to be working !

I don’t get it like if it bothers you that I wanna buy an extra cup of cheese, maybe you shouldn’t work at a fast food restaurant I know I’m not the only person realizing that customer service sucks anymore and this is why they charged me for lol can’t make it up

The lady in the drive thru was rude as hell and shut the window before I could ask any questions then lied to me and told me they didn’t have a order when they in fact did I wasn’t rude more did I get mad at anyone I just wanted to pick up my two orders and deliver them I ended up having to call support just to get the order after being told they didn’t have it

Came thru drive thru I get back on highway to continue to Cleveland to find out they forgot one of the items I ordered and paid for. Came back and was given the taco without any compensation. Time is money. Putting a total of 3 items in the bag isn't rocket science and a customer should not be inconvenienced due to laziness. Then this is what they gave me and claim it's portion sized!
