Went to get some frostys for the kids. We come here frequently and spend a lot of money here. My experience today was very bad. Two of my frosty fusions didnât have Oreo so I asked The man at the window if they could add them that I had already paid for them. He took them and slammed the window shut was very rude. Then when I said something about him slamming it he slammed it again!!! We frequent here very often and I donât think I will go back. Will go to union. The man also had on a button up collard shirt so pretty sure he is a manager. Needs to be fired terrible customer service.

Romeo was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and unkind. Spent a long traveling and wanted to get dinner for the family on the way home. Had to wait a minute because we were all trying to write what we wanted down so we could say it all. He was fine with this. We offered to pull up if it wasnât ok. We pull up to the window and he says nothing, we just hand him the money. After we got our food one of our family members said, âHave a good nightâ. He opened the door/window and said what? He then repeated himself, âHave a goodnightâ. Then he stared at us like it was a joke and slammed the door/window in his face.
