This was my first time at a white castle. Where I'm from, there are only krystals. The food was good, but the service was super slow, and there seemed to be some tension between some of the workers in the back, but overall, it was good.

Just the right amount of moisture on the buns and semi hot. Just like l like them. They just need a little salt. Everyone is not meant for customer service.
The service was a little slow and not very welcoming. However once we made them laugh it was better. The store was clean and the multi drink machine was great

Love coming back to Cincinnati and having a White Castle
Food at White Castle is weird and bland. Best burg is jalapeño cheese or regular american cheese with a pickle. Just meat tasted odd to me. Not a fan.
